Hey hermione I concur with you. Back then when i first get my keys, me and my fiance were discussing reno works with my painters in the bedroom and we closed the gate and doors (din lock). As we talked (quite loudly and excitably, so confirm from living room can hear us) and moved towards the kitchen, we spotted an Indian couple walking around our kitchen and got a rude shock. The couple saw us and din even smiled or acknowledged us and continue to look around. My finace den asked "Excuse me? Why are you here?" and they just say " oh we are looking around" very nochanlantly. I got really pissed and I said "But you din even ask for our permission and do you know that this is trepassing". Man, she still has the cheek to say "Well we thought no one is around". and i shot back "Yah right, if no one is around wny would the door be unlocked." TMD... Anywhere, i got a letter from the Neighbourhood police post which says that recently a lot of reports of forced entries in our blocks were lodged. TVs, Furnitures and toilet accessories were stolen during renovation coz the thieves tampered with the number locks that contractors used. So it's better to use a padlock ok. =)

Ahhh, i love your purchases! I also bought my dining lights from lorgan's, and I got the same chairs too (got them from Lush)! You Have great taste! (*winks). Love the dining table too, was eyeing it but din buy becoz i find it a bit too big. Oh did I mention that my sofa is the same shade as you, and in fabric! LOL.

yeah, really spacious! only the 92sqm units can do it coz you have walls beside kitchen entrance to hack. Had always loved an open concept kitchen - am sure yours will turn out great!

Oh yah, I heard abt the prawn noodles but have yet to try. The BKT is indeed not bad. The zi char opp (next to the foot massage place) is also pretty yummy. Wah, i wanted to do my own renoblog initially but reno was so hectic that i gave up. Haha, now after staying for 2 months le, I have no motivation to do liao. wahahah. So i salute you allo still hvae time and disclipline to post!

The noise is bad only on weekends coz weekdays u'd be out for work in the day and when u r back it's over. So not a big deal. It's the dust that gets to me. The floor gets dusty pretty soon after cleaning (3-4days later). But i think 39A is worse coz they are building the Child care centre over that side. My fittings i "advertised" online to give away for free and there's this person who contacted me, maybe u can try. 94892264 (Mc.Gard.sg). He contacted me too late (after i threw away).
