  1. Ur PES area is huge...wat project is that? and tats alot of shelvings u have there !! any reason cos ppl nowsaday generally goes for minimalist
  2. HTS from KEF, u can find KEF shop at Adelphi Building Level 1. As for the plants, really not sure as tis is my 1st time having them....as of now, they r still doing well =)
  3. Tks....the feature wall was one of our main focus wen looking for our ID, the living area false ceiling was the other .... haha...balcony space wise, like i mentioned, its a double edged weapon but having a huge balcony is the in thing now. In earlier times, people dun really like balcony cos the balcony space is small + concrete wall tats erected up to about chest height ... try sitting in those balcony can you will feel pek chek in no time cos its crampy + no wind + no view !! Developer nowsaday provide huge balcony with clear glass barrier so as convert these space into practical livable space =) For our balcony in particular, due to the facing of my unit, rain will oni at most hit my chengal flooring, the rest of it are pretty safe and dry Furnishing wise, theres tons of outdoor furniture in the market right now...you be veri surprised how they can really spruce up the looks and feel of ur balcony and end of the day, you may (like myself) end up hanging outside as much as you do in your living room
  4. Tks...yup, it was sprayed over, hence you will not see any joints between the angles . The entire feature wall will look very 'original' and seamless Speakers are from KEF, I got them at KEF shop at Adelphi Building (Coleman Street)
  5. yup tks.... we got it wen property cycle was bottoming up in 09. Paper gain as for now is close to 50% from purchase price....I would say waterbank oso helped push up our value further Developer is Ho Bee btw Tks...we luv our balcony as well....its huge and very lifestyle ....ofcse the flip side is its good space wasted...depends how you look at it ya
  6. It is but generally condos are not exactly really move-in condition. They are 90% done but still need min reno like lightings, some feature wall / wall paper, TV console, (if so desire).
  7. Minor updates.... Just puchased this set of wall garden for my balcony from Far East Flora .... ...to match the colour scheme of my 3pcs wall clock which i've bought sometime back.....
  8. I got myself a KG set abt 6mths back....no complaint so far. Seems like most of the issues are with their in-house sets (I could be wrong) but KG sets have been spared thus far. Also, I paid my dowpayment via interest free installment. Cheers
  9. To make it short, sweet and simple, there are only 3 main criteria imo; 1) decide on your budget 2) shortlist ur desired brands 3) lie on it physically for the feel and ofcse, lastly evaluate & get decided !! Theres no magic formula and do be aware that many ppl get suckered in / blinded by big brands but expensive does not always equate to good / comfort. You will be pleasantly how some budget mattress can go head to head (in terms of comfort level) with the big boys. Happy Shopping
  10. I bot their fabric sofa abt 6yrs bac and I had the said sofa for 5yrs with no issues to their mechanism / fabric / structure (infact i oso bot their dining table + seat, coffee table and TV console). I sold my place the year before last and everything was passed to the buyer. Condition was still very good then but decided not to bring over as we wanted a leather sofa for our new place + a new theme (was having zen theme then). We went back to FC last year and gotten from them a KG leather set (after shopping quite abit for sofa that possesses looks, functionality, quality and affordability). Have been more than happi since and seriously, no complaints thus far
  11. So coincidental...I was staying at Blk 108B at McNair Road until last yr, which is really just stone throw away from your blk....also, my in-law is staying at Blk 3 St Georges Lane, whic is less than 30sec walk after crossing the longkang......cool....
  12. I beg to diff...there mayb some difference but the variance could not be too huge. ofcse, i'm taking into comparision 2 units of similiar sizes, age and condition btw these 2 area. Not to forget, units at Bendemeer mkt are oso just doorsteps away from Boon Keng mrt station
  13. Haha....yup yup...always jog past there in fact, just went joggin yest at about 730pm. Wish the constructions at Tg Rhu / shear bridge area will remove the hoardings asap and we can then jog all the way to barrage liao !!! woooohoooo
  14. Hi, see pg 1, post #40 in my T-Blog...its a 3 pcs wall art clock
  15. Cool.... considering a 30+ yrs old 3rm at Bendemeer market area is asking for abt 3xxK....(low floor as well) tat is really a good buy bro.... no doubt abt it Near me ?? cool, wher exactly? now tat longkang is my regular joggin track oso....will always use the park connector across the bridge and jog to Shear bridge area and back The welcome kit is indeed unexpectedly pleasant and my wall clock, really value for $$$ imo
