bro try removing it with some fine sand paper,it should work!

there should be a stainless steel ring just above the buld,hold on the the clips and press inwards gently..afterwhich the ring together with the bulb will fall downwards...detached the bulb and fix in the new one and repeat the bove steps in the reverse manner. Hope this helps note: before you attempt to do anything pls remember to switch off the power supply to this particular bulb.
