Yes, there is a hole at the bottom of the wall. All input is connected to AVR via HDMI. Only one hdmi connected to the TV. I put trunking at the bottom of the window wall and paint it. Easy to replace in the future and also looks nicer.

There is a hole behind the TV. The TV wall mount bracket allows to tilt the TV also. So the cable can be pull out easily. Anyway i have only 3 cables (TV Power, HDMI and network cable) connected to the TV, quite easy to remove and install.
