    Hi guys, this PLL you talk abt is not Energy Savings Bulb right? The energy saving bulb isit call CFL? Cos i went to jalan besar and one of the shops rec'd me use energy savings bulb, no ballast so when fail, no need to guess is ballast or bulb fail. Any ideas? Thanks.
