Hi Everyone, I recently got my keys to my ground level unit with an existing furniture platform built in the one of the bedrooms given by the developer. But since the living/dining area is also very spacious and also have 4.65m ceiling height, is it allowed to build a second furniture deck there? From the research that I have done, it seems from URA communication on approval of Loft construction - anything below 5m square and a single loft in a unit does not require permission. But does that mean that we cannot apply for a second furniture platform anymore? Can anyone point me to a right direction on how to check on the legal requirement for such project ? or if there is any contractor that have existing experience with regards to such matter? Appreciate any advice, thank you very much.

Hi all, i was wondering who can i start looking for or recommendations for budget to mid-range contractors for hacking of my Master bedroom false celling and rewiring of lightings in that room as well. And maybe painting of 3 bedrooms with 2 colours as well. anyone clould advise? thanks
