  1. My floor plan. The kitchen area is rather small, short and narrow. Had a big headache trying to find the best layout for this small space. But I love the enormous living room. One of those old HDB with no attached bathroom in the master bedroom. And cannot hack wall in between due to the structure beam.

That is original drawing from HDB?

Wow improved meant they removed store room at between kitchen to living.

But for common quite big, inside the room can add study room somemore, just the toilets portion a smaller & kitchen area, but for kitchen partition can be hack and move a bit into dining area for kitchen has more space.

Like your space and have a additional utility room at behind kitchen :)

  2. Thanks for your reply, kimsim.

So what is the total cost including delivery charge n GST ?

Thinking to get the same set for my new place n need to know the saving If get from JB vs SING

Delivery around Rm300 per trip, GST 7% from your total amount of the items what you paid for.

    Let said : Rm1500/2.5 = $600 and X 7% GST, just pay for $42 only.

Like my dining table can save around $500-600 cheaper than SG here.

Bill & receipt you can ask them open another for you :))

  3. Hi kimsim, any delivery charge for the dining table delivered from JB?

How's the quality of the table n chairs?

    Do advise. Thanks!

There is same quality in singapore ceillini shop, oops forget to add: delivery charge would be add in some GST into mover company, if not just pay for 7% GST only

  6. Not sure Fujitsu is good, cause thier spare parts quite expansive and some model still made in Japan.

This brand only able to find in singapore, malaysia totally dun have.

If wanna get a better brand, I would prefer you over Starmex for easy clean n for sometime you may remove out air vent for clean out internal blower.

Starmex also given quiet & cold.

  7. Went to JB on a Fri afternoon for KDK fans. Traffic was light at the causeway and we were able to make a turnaround in 1.5 hrs. Indeed, the savings were huge! 4 ceiling fans for about S$630. That would cost about S$1200 - $1500 in SG.
