    gimz63251073, I decided to make a trip down today after I called the shop. Told me its $158 (including installation & dismantle) but when I went down, the talkative uncle told me its $158 + $30 (pan collar) + $10 (don't know what is it for) = $198 but it is not the one you posted, its like a hdb kinda of toilet.

    For the one you posted, its $228! When did your parents bought the toilet? Increase so fast?

    Hi gimz63251073, what is the shop name you got the Matrix WC? Its very good price! Do you know any diff from Baron basic WC?

    I checked out Velin WC, basic one cost $150 (if buy two), Baron basic one from Royal Fanco is selling for $155. Installation one for Baron is $80.

    Hi Bro Mace, want to ask you hor, my MBR toilet heater is not up yet, we have the heater & the box(If you know what I meant) but no wire to link up both together. Can we do it ourselves or must get an electrician to do it?

    Candyprincess, for dempsey, I think I wrote in the other thread that I went there to take photos on my AD at the place where they have a man made waterfall & BIG tree... The staff refuse to let us take photos and claimed that we need to apply permit & pay to take photos??:bangwall:!! Ridiculous!! Even the tree outside they also refuse to let us take? What the heck?? :P

    I happen to know a very good plumber. Bought the WC and Sink recently from a shop very near Sungei RD adjuscent to Kelantan lane, shophouse is along main road that heads towards SIM LIM SQ, replaced my 22 yrs old WC and wash basin, then this freelance plumber work for job for this company, one man install all the 2 WC and basin, very pro and everything nicely done....hacking is only done along the joint of the WC, no damage or replacing tiles required.

    They quoted me below $80 for the installaion.....generally the toilet stuff there sold are much cheaper than SSC, Genova etc and are quite gd quality, its my good fortune to choose this shop cheap and good service and product !!

    Hihi.. I am thinking of changing my WC also, didn't change during reno now abit spoil liao... Can tell me the shop name & addy??

    DIY housewarming is do-able because me & hubby did it for about 40++guests. We prepared:

    Curry chicken (We divided into two of those BBQ kinda big aluminium plates)

    Fried Bee Hoon

    Mashed Potatoes

    Salads

    Baked beans with sausages

    Ipoh black bean duck (with the help of my Bro-in-law)

    Fried Maggi Mee (with the help of my Bro-in-law)

    Fruits

    Apple Cocktail mixed with beer, ribena & 7-up. Fantastic! (with the help of my Bro-in-law)

    I think everyone enjoy the food, I think my hubby cook quite well! Wahaha.... I only help in the potatoes & salads...
