if yours is a new one directly from HDB jsut lodge the defect lists with them within the time frame given and they will change it for you. normally if only a few wall tiles, they will just change those few pieces. HDB where got so good...change the whole wall look quite exp to me leh... suggest you go create a thread and let others comment. i believe others have more experience in renovating resale flat etc not every forumers will read other's blog
