Hi firstlove, the firm that i engaged provides project management, u can leave everything to them, like delivery or design/finishing issues. saved me alot of headache, i cant do co-ordination works. lol.

mayb you should try consulting those project management firms, thats wat i did. as i knew what i wanted to do to my house, just needed co-ordination of works and of cos quotation was compared.

Yea, abit expensive. mayb can compare quotations?try asking a few more, i had a few quotes too, and have shortlisted one, they may not be the cheapest, but they quite transparent about their pricing. PM me if you nd the contact.

guess it should be a new company? thus no GST.. 3d drawings, always chargeable one, even if its said to be FOC, but all included in cost already. haha!

seems like your carpentry is abit on the high side. have u tried asking for more quotations?
