  1. Ending out Bishan 4A journey and starting a new Bishan 3Gen journey! Quick recap; when we bought our 4A, there were only 2 of us. Now we are a family of 6 😁😁. 2021 we bought a 3Gen flat with 1742sqft. The kids are growing and need their own space. Will get key only Jan 2022. Watch out for new before / after photos.
  2. It’s 2021 and it’s time to say goodbye to this lovely place. To the next owner, enjoy this unit! I will be moving to a nearby block so I’ll see you around at the market or kopitiam! Ciao!!
  3. Hi Eric, I need 3 fans for my 3 bedrooms. Fans will need to have lights as the fan will replace the current ceiling lights too. Do PM me details and pricing and payment mode. Thx.
  4. A quick update on our toilet. I put up new mirrors.
  5. Need help. Seems like based on my Hdb block facing; wind comes in from the main front door. We like to leave the door open as it is windy. Closing the main door gives us more privacy but make the whole house stuffy. We had block up the air vents above the main door. Question; any way to mod the main door? Does unblocking the vents help? Any other solutions other than installing more fans and Aircon?
  6. It's glossy; like there's a gloss laminate; however, it's not "mirror" effect. The pictures are actually quite accurate.
  7. Sorry, lafamilia I lost ah bu's contact... Just FYI, there is no flaking or peeling. Seems like epoxy painting works; so far at least.
  8. Hi. Sorry for being MIA for a while. Look for Steven of Krono-O
  9. Finally got my carpenter friend to do up the cupboards before the holidays. I have also rearranged the bed to face the window. I tried the 45 degree thing but I end up looking at the corner of both walls.. Not very comfortable. Ultimately bedroom still not complete but on the way.
  10. Very interesting! Maybe I will go back and relook at it again.
  11. Do you mean like this? Don't know leh.Ni have explored doing the wardrobe against the "bathroom" wall. But can't. That wall is approx. 1500mm and you will need walking space. Placing the wardrobe beside the door is the best. There is another option which is to hack the wall between the 2 bedrooms and make the other room smaller or to shift the masterbedroom door which I have explored.
