[light kit 1077] 2) At main bedroom, supply and install 1 Fanco Ceiling Fan AirVox (42") with speed regulator. [light kit 1077] 3) At Study, supply and install 1 Fanco Ceiling Fan FF9 AirTrack (56") with speed regulator.     super difficult to maintain if dust builds up. if u got maid.... okie lor....

    Use the TV centre & ground as the 2 reference points. Experts say 1.10m from ground is the magic number. Cos our seating viewing is roughly there. But we can use 1.05m as most of time, since no one seat fully upright. Hope this helps.
