Well, couple of colleagues jio me for lunch and I chance upon the blackboard paint (the board was green previously) in a cool hardware store with fairly interesting stuffs as compared to Home-Fix. Homely is another which I like to venture about in which have more stuffs for the hardcore DIYs. After 3 coats of paint, fencing up our land, growing grass, flowers around our new house.. Here is our Micro Mid Modern House! Grand Pa Pa and Grand Ma Ma having cake and tea =) Mr Donkey was a great help in carrying the fences! ~~'

I was searching for a power extension for the AV system preferably with a surge protector to protect those equipment. Searching around Funan, choices was quite tough as I also required some form of cable management like the cable boxes to hide those unsightly cables. Till I found the Belkin surge protector! A 2 in 1 solution, 8 sockets with a "casing" for $60 or $69 (usually $99) from Challenger store. Homefix is also selling it but still @ $99.

Thanks alot JS. =) Yes only the flatiron building is being highlighted by a seperate digitally controlled halogen. It will look a tad plain without the lighting. A picture light or halogen/s would be great to enhance the painting/photograph on the wall. May I ask what bulb are you using for your PH5s?

Hi Pinkwhale, yes the existing main door was flipped with matching wood verneer thus increasing the thickness. The existing door handle and lock are also used back.

Hi Fei, the main door open towards the household shelter, thus it was flip 180o so that it will open towards the kitchen(where I am standing to take this photo). Around $600, you can contact my ID/contractor, Douglas @ 97707370. It was his first time also for flipping a door but at least he knows what to do if you wanna do the same.
