Hi Junxian, I'm, your new neighbour. My reno just started on this monday. think I'm same blk 677c as u. Me low floor, same layout! In fact, i reported defect on monday morning, and reno starts late morning. Its not against the rule, cos they say cannot report after you've started reno. Cheers, Martin
