Hi all, we've been having trouble getting approval from HDB to replace the full height windows at our point block resale flat. We have just been informed that there's a lengthy process, involving the BCA (Building & Construction Authority). Our renovation is otherwise almost completed, and we've replaced all our other casement windows, so this is really messing up our schedule. I would like to ask if anyone has gone through a similar process before, or if they know of any recent rule changes? Thanks in advance!

Want to bump this up - we just bought a 5-room resale with very well-maintained broken marble flooring, but want to hack it and use cement screed instead. Any particular contractors to recommend? Thanks!
