Hi, wana know the official and legal working hours for builders and contractors in a private estate for both weekdays and weekends. also understand that there are 2 seperate timings for older and new projects, meaning to say, older projects have the rights to start their work earlier and less lightly in following any noise regulations. i have tried checking NEA website but not cant find anything too helpful.

Anyone knows where i can purchase drain covers? Just damaged mine (which is those you see in swimming pools) by driving over it i am looking for those metal/steel ones. TIA

interesting thread, recently, i did the reverse, i heck out the wall, bath and toilet area of my maid's room and turned it into a pet's room instead, rather keep pets than maid, hehe sorry bout the OT btw, doing that sort of extension would require some sort of PE certification right? otherwise, if kana caught, might be forced to remove. quite a troublesome process imo

sad to say, this is not uncommon in singapore, people rather cheat than earn thru honest means. i have similar experiences as TS but more sticky, anyway, when i source for IDs now, ah beng ID firms are a big no no for me.

hello, newbie here firstly, hope that i posted in the right section. I am very keen on doing up my balcony with wooden decking, but i am pretty concern with maintenance in the long term. heard that it gets mouldy easily and costs and effort require to maintain it will be quite high. anyone have any expereince maintaining them? any comments? what are the efforts and costs involve in maintaining them? thanks in advance
