Thanks SzeHui sis for liking my humble house. Yeah I agree my contractor put in quite alot of effort to make my house looks good. I feel he is my ID cos everything that I'm planning to buy or color to match I will seek his opinion before I decide. Though I do not follow 100% but at least 85% we can agree it's the right item to match the house. I would say all the major things was my idea as that was one main criteria why I decided to use contractor instead of ID becos I already know what I wanted to do. But of cos he added his suggestion like choice of material or provide me with alternative so that I can rethink again. And there are some things he also took the initiative to decide by himself. So far there is only 1 thing done I dun like =.='' but we decided to accept that cos we felt we were at fault for not pointing out this mistake earlier...

Sze Hui sis, no need to regret la, since already done. Think of the positive of customization. They maximize the space as you are doing it the way u want unlike off the rack usually difficult to find something with exact right size and design. And customisation surely more durable vs ikea and probably cheaper vs those very good and durable material from off the rack Looking forward for more updates from you !!

Hi Crystal!!! High five high five high five!!! We not only reserved the same fridge and at the exact same place too!!! I reserved it at $1460 cos I bargained Not sure whether can go down somemore or not. But they did mention in my invoice that they can match the price if I can find it cheaper anywhere else. Also place deposit for the fridge that I wanted, though its not my dream fridge. Hitachi R-W691FMSX - Got the black one to match my kitchen.

No work done today but just went up to my unit cos lighting.com will be coming to exchange the faulty lights and also Rinnai Hob & Hood delivery is today. Bought my Rinnai items from "Zero" and so paiseh to see him to actually deliver personally inorder to meet my wanted schedule. for his service !! While waiting for the delivery, my contractor did some DIY. Original switches provided by HDB After DIY completed Simple DIY but I felt it helps to enhance the whole look and at the same time do not require me to spend any extra $$ to buy any new switches. Really appreciate his effort and quite like the result
