Hi Punggolfamily sorry for the delay in update, yes the bed frame is already here.. here is my review. the guy who sold me the bed in city square mall was the one doing the co-ordination, initially the delivery date was supposed to be on 2-April but on 29-Mar the guy called and said the shipment was delayed thus the delivery dates need to push back thus changed to 7th April 12pm...but yesterday I waited till 1pm still no sound no picture then in the end I got to called the city sq mall guy and he dare to ask me did anyone confirmed the timing with me in the end changed to 3pm! The delivery guy was punctual and the assembly was quite fast by 330pm it was all completed. Here is the pic I again made wrong choice on the color The color looks so much lighter in the showroom catalog... I'm really lousy in estimation of colors. Ugly or not? like no contrast at all hor...

Hi nixiak Thanks for reading... My contractor is not too bad la.. So far I do not have much complaint abt him.. He had been quite nice to me, helped me DIY some stuff and gave me quite many advice and suggestions but still we need to judge by ourselves cos not all this ideas are suitable for us haha.. But he certainly play a huge role in my whole reno.. Pm-ed u already !!

NeoBy, urs also front load? By right front load very minimum vibration only. Today I wasted my time waiting la after they adjusted the legs cos nothing inside the spinning is very smooth.. Maybe tomorrow I try to quick wash something again to try. So tired these 3 days everyday go up new house to try the washing machine =.= hahaha

Haha.. Paiseh ah cos I really never use front load before. Didn't know abt the real meaning abt quick was function. Informed to Zero regarding the unbalance legs and he send someone to come just now to help me adjust. Then after adjusting they just help me activiated the machine to test it but they use cotton wash !! With nothing inside the machine and now I got to wait 1hrs plus for the machine to finish washing a empty drum =.=" Empty drum spinning hopefully can test the vibration properly, if not waste my time waiting :S

Hi haven32 Thanks for reading my blog. I'm also a first time home owner thus I can understand ur concerns. So far I'm very lucky that my Reno had been quite smooth with a responsible contractor who always response to my request and had good communication with me. Only minor areas I feel can be better but still I learnt that for Reno u need to take some initiative and be as involve as possible because this is our home and some things the ID and contractor decide and do, they have their explanation but we r eventually the person doing it and staying there so if it doesn't suit u then no meaning. Had pm-ed u my contractor contact too^^

Really ah? Quick wash only mean for little clothes? I still thought should be same just the washing time is reduced haha.. Ok then probably today I try with a lesser load. I also feel 6kg is too little.. U r referring to top or front load. If is front load then cannot la.. U also say need to keep 1kg for water haha

Thanks adidaem and Micky M for ur advice too.. I will try to ask around more with pple using Samsung model. I bought the washer from Jerome aka zero and his pple fix it for me. I not sure abt the legs secured or not? How to secure the legs? Do u mean the machine must be balance? I realise there is a very slight imbalance. Not sure is this due to the reason for the vibration? As for the water level, does the different mode like quick wash, daily wash, cotton etc have different water level? Today I use quick wash, and there is no water splashing. If not then I really dunno how I can increase the water level

So it's really something super new for me.. The water is really soooo little?? I thought I should at least see some water splashing? Haha and I was literally holding my machine until it finish spinning hahaha.. Okok tomorrow I try to wash something again with lower rpm and see how. But I really have difficulty judging how much clothes then is 7kg le =.= One set of queen size bedsheet is consider how many kg? Can I load one set of queen size bedsheet with one set quilt cover or not? Haha

Hey folks Need advice! Today I first time use my Washing Machine - Samsung Washer & Dryer - WD8804 Wash 2 towels and one set of queen size bedsheet, 1st qn : is this load too much for a 8kg wm? How much can a 8kg take? I know front load wm is very water saving but the water seems too little IMO, I cannot see water splashing at the cover screen at all. The bedsheet just seem wet in the drum but not soak with water at all 2nd qn: is this normal? I also understand that front load wm is quiet and no or minimum vibration during spinning. But mine was vibrating until the whole machine was out of place. The spinning speed was 1400rpm or rmp i dunno haha 3rd qn: what could have cause the vibration? Overload? Too fast speed? Or machine is not balance? Pls advise...

For those folks who are keen on my timber blind contacts, I would not say the service from them was great though price probably was ok but to be frank I didn't do much comparison too. I basically only compare against 3 shops for these items 1) full height day and night curtain in living room 2) 3 quarter timber blind in common room (pink room) 3) 3 quarter roller blind in WIW 4) full height timber blind in MBR 1st shop: one curtain shop in Marina Square (forgotten the name) is recommended by my friend. Received quote at $1900 after on site measurement 2nd shop: MGL curtain. Received quote at $2100. Told me timber blind is ex and my request of black taping need to pay extra somemore !?! 3rd shop: Monli curtain. Receive quote at $1600. My hubby like the uncle so ask me to sign liao =.='' So easy to earn my hubby's money haha... Why I say their service is so so only because they basically outsourced their curtain and blind to different subcon and we need to call to individual subcon to co-ordinate for the measurement and installation and for the curtain we actually had to call like 5 times to confirm our installation date. =.= And basically almost every curtain shop do timber blinds too.. Standard rate is $10 but MGL charge $11 if want to add taping and Monli is charging $9, then of cos still need to charge for the pulley system. Dunno how they calculate I only look at total amount basically. Basically timber blind is more ex than curtain cos curtain we still can choose cheaper material. The Monli uncle told me my MBR timber blind is around $500+ WIW roller $200+ pink room timber blind is $400+ and LR D+N curtain is only $400+
