Hihi anyone knows what this is? This is our 1 year old kitchen cabinet - under the kitchen wash basin Is this mould on the floor of the Kitchen Cabinet? The wash basin does not appear to be leaking and I can't locate any water . I recently completed a renovation for a HDB 4 room resale The electrician who changed my ELCB charged me S$280 . However a friend who recently visited my new home mentioned that the switches in the supposedly new ELCB had the HDB logo, which seems to suggest that only the ELCB casing was changed and not the switches inside Can anyone advise if I am getting lesser than what I paid for?
