  2. Today Excel Hardware delivered the tall kitchen soft closing pull-out wire basket system and Irex hinges that I purchased during an Expo show in August. The pull-out wire basket system will certainly comes in handy in the kitchen. My carpenter will be coming over to collect all the items and bring them back for installation. tall pull-out basket systemhinges and rails

  4. Yes...the color can be changed. I have PM you the link already.
  5. We have recently confirmed 2 ergonomic table and chair sets from Atwood during their sales this week for our daughters. Both came with height adjustable table and the table top can be tilted. The Oxford deluxe set came with hydraulic supported lift so that adjusting of table height is easier. Oxford set Oxford deluxe set
  6. Just PM you the link. As for the laundry system, it was a pre-installed system by the developer. I just got them in to service the system. You might want to contact Mirage Blinds as I saw them selling those automated laundry system while I was there looking at their curtains.

  8. My understanding from them is that for Arteor, you have to visit Rowell and Ang Mo Kio to view the samples and they have more experience on that range. The rest can of course order them for you if you know exactly what to buy. Hope this help.
  9. These 2 days the electrician started to install the lights. For downlight I have a total of 22 units, Philips FBG 302 and Philips 59995 all purchased from Lightings.com.sg. While preparing for the installation, my electrician discovered 1 unit of 59995 was rusty Have to make another trip to Lightings.com.sg for the exchange, which they gladly do so without much question after looking at the unit. Some of the Philips FBG 302 the rusty Philips 59995
  10. I think you can also get it from Ang Mo Kio. Spent about $700+ on the switches and sockets, with Arteor costing $400+.
  11. My ID Ice contacted me saying that she discovered a deep scratch on my mbr door She is not sure how it came about as well as who/what causes it but will take full responsibility and replace it with a new door.
  12. The strip that I bought has a cut line every 3 leds apart. The question will be if you know how to re-connect the cut portion for other usage. I don't so I requested the on-line vendor to do for me and they gladly obliged with my request. And I just have to give them all the measurements and they cut the strips and re-connect for me.
  13. Collected the Legrand switches and sockets from Choo Chiang Rowell outlet this morning. Bought a combination of Mallia and Arteor ranges. Junson from CC Rowell outlet is so helpful that I just have to give him the number and kind of switches/sockets that I need for each location in the house and he came out with the total number of parts to buy. Not easy feat as it takes time to tally the parts, 70 individual items for Mallia and 35 for Arteor. Junson....thanks and superb service man All 105 Legrand parts Arteor range Mallia range
  14. Sorry man....wrong again. I'm so overwhelm with work and renovation that is becoming so blur..... The standard British adaptor is $22.40 and Premium (with LED) is $42, all before GST.
  15. Sorry man....my bad Maybe you need not install it in the whole house but look where is the most applicable for the usage. For myself, I only install the track in the kitchen and considering buying the Eubiq Elepod for the MBR.
  16. Recently I have just bought 15m of waterproof, 60 led/m 5050 LED strip @ ~S$230 online. As I need them at 5 different locations of various length, the supplier helps to cut them into the specific length that I provided from the original roll (note that each roll is 5m). Then they matched the 5 strips each with a remote control (changing of colors and mood) and power supply. Can't wait to have them install by the electrician....
  17. Items that I purchased from oversea (tap and shower faucets, pendant lamps, chandelier......) and luckily before the US dollar hike 15m of waterproof, 60 LED per meter 5050 LED light strip (for changing of colors) to be used in various locations (kitchen, cove lighting....), each with it's own remote control (for changing of colors) and power supply. Costs me ~$200+ to bring them in.....
  18. Today was a busy day with Cathy from Home Win turning up at my place to take final measurement (3rd trip to my place), Daniel from Imperial showing us their range of solid surface for the vanity top and bay windows, Robin from Mirage Blind taking measurements, going thru the carpentry details with my ID (Ice and Lavendar) and the carpenter, folks from Nam Lee repairing the existing laundry system and receiving of aircons from Mitsubishi Electric and sanitary from Hoe Kee. Also, completing the delivery of items that I purchased from oversea directly. Guys from Nam Lee fixing the existing laundry system Items from Hoe Kee Mitsubishi Electric System 3 Inverter
  19. Why not compare your quote with Eddy's by calling him (you can get his number from ASL web site). If your's is cheaper, kindly PM the contact
  20. Error...just checked my invoice and it's actually $285. Sorry.
  21. Actually Eddy from ASL gave me 15% off for the track and 30% for the plug adapter. So each adapter only cost me about $45.
  22. This is what I have bought from ASL...1m Kitchen SH1 power track and 2 x UK + 2 x International plugs....
  23. Was busy closing sales quarter so has not been updating on the renovation status.... To date, the plumbing, tiling, false ceiling are done and there will start painting the house. Guess how many people they sent to paint a 3 bedroom apartment .... FIVE Anyway, I have some pictures to share on the progress.... false ceiling up.... mbr tiling done... side partitions up for the pole system to be installed by Home Win on a later date Oh another update, I have chosen Home Win over the rest to install the pole system wardrobe. Not only is their price the most competitive, Cathy (the lady boss) is also very knowledgeable and friendly. She has even offered to be around when my contractor installed the side partitions (not by her as it will be cheaper for me to engage my current false ceiling contractor since they are already doing up the place) so as to advise them on the dimension and location. Kudos to Cathy
