    Yayyy!!! If you followed by post, the dimension of my dining table that was delivered to me was wrong... It was 1.5m x 0.9m. Because my place is small, living and dining combine, I need a thinner table, so I ordered a 1.6m x 0.8m table. This lady who sold me the table told me she will remedy it. In fact, they ordered another table and its shipped in and delivered to me today 👍🏻 I'm very happy that they delivered their promise. Here's some pics of the table... This is the table with the wrong dimension. Not sure if you can see from the pic, it is fatter... 10cm may not be much, but trust me, in a tight area, it means a lot of difference... It looks sleek too 😆

    The 7W is good enough for me. It depends on how many you install also. But then, most of the LED downlight in the market are about 12W...

    This is how bright it is with all the lights on. My lights are 7W each and cool white. If you get those 12W and daylight ones, it will be much brighter...

    For me, I kiasu... I started my ID searching process last Nov thinking that I'll get my keys in Apr. I subsequently signed up with ID end Dec. keys only collected in Jun. For my ID, the 3D took about 2 weeks. Maybe because it's outsourced... The measurement my ID used for quotation is slightly more, then upon completion of reno, she'll measure all the carpentry and counter top and then adjust the quote accordingly. I'm not sure about flooring though, u may want to check. To sign early have its advantage as ID can plan for your reno and slot u in their schedule because it's now year end, lots of people want to reno and complete by Chrustmas or New Year.
