My son's room on the 2nd floor The attached bathroom for his room This was the master bedroom orginally. Located on the 2nd floor. We've changed it into two rooms for my girls. The orginal MBR bathroom which will be used for my girls.

Have been really busy managing work, kids and the house. By the time I started taking photos, some of the rooms were started on. Nevermind, better than nothing. Sure. Getting some quotes now and those below 10k say don't need scaffold ....... Will see how itvgoes by this weekend. Will keep you updated.

Thanks for the reply. How long will the normal weather bond paint last before I need to touch up? Do I need any approval from PE to put up the scaffolding?

Anyone has any idea what is the rough price for painting a inter terrace, three storey, interior and exterior? Have been given quotes which range from below $10 k to $18k. Need to have a rough estimate as I dun want to be 'chopped'.

Did your id give you breakdown of the cost for doing your kids' room? I'm comparing the cost of buying the furniture and custom-making it.
