i oso dunno this one is not my lobang. is hubby's fren recommended de... i oso dun want such things to happen... my ideal is to find someone who will oversee everything. but hubby doesnt want it that way so wat can i say? actually they never say cannot take back the hardcopy. when i asked the lady, my hubby interrupted saying how can take the quotations and the lady never say anything i asked hubby to find out from his fren if they had the quotation only after signing or wat.. but i cant wait for the answer liaoz... hubby do tings very drag one.. am thinking either i contact his fren myself or i call up the contractor and ask...

ya... tink i will have to do that... i wanted to get the quotation from them but seems like they cant gimme the hard copy... wonder if they can email to me anot... coz tis sat supposed to go down to sign liaoz...

maybe... he said he will adjust the prices... told him to adjust lower and not adjust higher as i've mentioned, worse ting is most of his item he quote by the whole item and not psf kind of calculation. very difficult to tell if he overcharges anot... asked him abt it he said that is the way they do it coz they're traditional kind of contractor... i very scare wait like the wardrobe incident like dat kena carrot.... i dun wanna be carrot head told hubby my concerns. hubby said shd be ok and that the contractor wont cheat us...

heard that 27L to 30L cost like $230 to $300. my contractor quoted me $600 that's why i wanna know if there're any difference in pricing between the gas and electricity heater anot

why u shi mian? gals, got question here do u gals use storage water heater or instant water heater at home? my new place makes storage water heater easier to install so most prob using storage water heater. just gotta know that storage water heater is categorized into gas and electricity. which is better?? what is the pricing difference of the equipment + installation for both types?

good morning! yesterday the other contractor who brought us to view his workmanship called me he thot we would get back to him and we thot he would get back to us first. so ended up now then he called i supposed this contractor's pricing is cheaper... but he doesnt has a website nor namecard and we havent been to his shop plus his shop is not listed in RADAC... the other contractor looks more honest (but looks can be deceiving) and certainly more traditional in thinking... but he tinks of some small details that we didnt think of too... hubby says go for the second contractor coz seems more safe... but i'm worried abt the way he calculates... i've asked him already. he said he calculate on the whole. e.g. the floor tiles he calculate by per tile instead of psf. and it turned out per tile cost more than $10. my dad says the price is reasonable. for granite top black galaxy, his is from china. i thot all black galaxy are from india? he said the black galaxy is ok de though from china... and he gave us the same price for the black galaxy as other granite though black galaxy is more expensive. will see how this sat coz asked him to change a bit of things and he said he will review the prices again and try to lower it... tink hubby will sign... i scare wait same thing happen as for the wardrobe then i er... if i go back to office oso no use mah... nothing much to do might as well go back and rest if can everyday like that, how nice

i see it differently as u i feel that the more china gets globalized, the more it revealed abt the integrity of the ppl in that country of course china might be suay that only they got reported and some other countries might be doing the same
