oh... i got those off the shelf one... my mum used to work in a nearby medical hall and her colleagues recommended dat to her. ya... i agree with u on the chinese herb part... i took western medicine before. up to 10 tablets per day. and i find my health suffering coz there's quite severe side effects... ok lah... they advertised it 5 days after i submitted my letter... gotta go for some meeting liaoz...

i havent seen a doc yet... see liao oso dunno wat to tell doc... even if tell doc liao at most she will give back the same few medicines... i'm currently taking a chinese medicine dat i got from the medical hall... supposed to work wonders from my past experiences... hopefully this time it will work as well... my mum suspected it's coz i ate the black vinegar pigs trotters dat my MIL cooked and then next day ate kimchi soup set. dat's why my gastric acted up again saw the opening for my job position in jobstreet over the weekend... cant believe how they advertise it.... i din know my job scope is sooo under value until it can be summarized using just 2 sentences!! i'm really glad that i made the decision the switch...

not feeling good for the last whole week... went out for dinner with parents on saturday... totally no appetite, same as for the past few weekdays. so ate a waffle with a scoop of icecream.. went home and vomitted everything out keep having this bloated feeling in the stomach... no appetite... i'm afraid my gastric is relapsing :~ ya... my fren might be going to vienna... wanna go with her but cant... coz she'll be going there for 11 days or so and her holiday plans stretches over my nephew's bday and hubby's bday... too ex for both hubby and i to go tog... coz air tix itself already cost $1.7k!!

haizz... current lady boss is my fren as well... din wanna make things difficult for her but sometimes i oso buay tahan her... my colleague just reminded me this afternoon 2 yrs ago we were all preparing for the technical paper. i had mine fully done before i went on leave for my wedding and honeymoon. her paper is for another conference held in dec but supposed to submit in november when i came back from honeymoon, my ex-boss wanted me to help out with her paper as well coz it was almost dued!! it's like i had ALL the data ready for her before i went on leave. and her paper is just a slight modification of MY paper. she doesnt need much effort to do it. i bet it can be done in 2 or 3 days, whereas i spent more than a week on mine. instead, i had to stay back and help her out... i was really very pi ssed off at dat time... i was only a entry grade engineer and she was already a second grade snr engineer... sometimes really wonder wat she's doing during office hr... snap a photo and show me leh..... pretty pls...

some parts of my work my boss still knows. but got 1 part i tink she will be very very lost coz she has never done that before. even if she had tried before, dat will be very minimum knowledge... i dun tink i'm dat indispensible... now it depends if they are able to hire someone with experience anot... i tink it will be very difficult... Phantom, pls take note of the words in BOLD. dun gek gek hor... when my previous boss hands us over to the current boss, everything is in good hands. everything was establish. everything was running fine i dare say the group was wreaked by the current boss. coz of his lack of concern and attention to the group.

last day supposed to be 5th may. but so far nobody said anything. HR dunno received my letter already anot ya... now is the peak season... alot of projects and firefighting issues. and yet my boss always this time go for holiday... u know why i'm "impt"? coz after the group is down-sized, there is no person to backup one another's work. like i've mentioned, my mentor left his knowledge with me. but i have no one to pass those "knowledge". everything can only be passed to my boss... i not wearing gown so wont have ur prob Phantom, u know wat to do hor

was having meeting just now then trying to clear the remaining sh it mah another 1 more big project to start and clear. then the remaining 1.5 projects if cannot do i heck care liaoz. just now told boss already... i dun care space limited anot... i wanna sit in SLK

u all chatted soo much! i worse... not natural beauty and yet no $$ to make myself pretty tink i shd just go and bang myself against the wall since young, my family is not well-to-do so my mum is very strict on our spendings. even when i earn the $ myself, she will not allow me to anyhow spend... now that they are old already, then they spend more freely. sometimes i wanna bring them to more expensive places to eat they oso dun wan... not everytime only occasionally they oso heart pain my $$ got photo then come out!

really envy... i had to shoulder some of the household expenses... esp now that both my parents are not working one third of my salary all goes to them. the rest is left for bills (which includes theirs too sometimes), working expenses, house expenses and savings i dun dare to spend on facial and hair. only recently then i go to salon. last time i go to those home bound salon or neighbourhood one... !!

kat's way of spending is machiam like tai tai !! my credit card usually used to pay bills. and normally wont exceed 500 bucks for all expenses per mth. unless my dad use his card to buy tings or if there're some heavy ticket items. but very seldom... i feel so consoled talking to u gals... tink shd ask hubby to come and take a look at the posts, etc kat's

ya. getting new replacement. actually yesterday the german boss did comment that he is afraid that the replacement might not be in singapore since malacca side is having a lot of such requests and not alot from singapore side. my lady boss is ok. fren with her so i dun wanna tekan her. i tink i need to put a stop else she will keep loading me... know why? coz the other colleague doesnt know my area of work and she only knows a bit. too busy to keep track. so frankly speaking, after my mentor left, i'm the only one who is clear of wat he is doing and can take over him. but now that i've tendered, no one knows clearly wat we both have been doing... same as mine! but i focus more on anniversary date need to change meh?? i dun even know u gals reminded me that i have to cancel my ABN AMRO card. signed for a yr but never used once.... !! i currently have 1 DBS, 1 UOB, 1 OCBC and 1 SCB. scb is hubby's sup card. finally got 1 from him ocbc is coz my dad wans a sup card but my dbs and uob cards are ladies card so cannot sup to him. so signed up another card just for him loh... but usually i will use dbs card.

me is coz OT too much just kidding lah soo good got increment... i pi sai oso dun have haizz... i dun tink i can ever finish my work. all the requests keep coming in and my boss is going for holidays for 2 weeks starting next week!! ppl tendered liao shake leg take money. i tendered liao still gotta slog my guts out customer want wat boss oso ok... i told her upfront just now dat i'm not going to take if the new request take too much time. i got 4 to 5 pending already and not able to finish leh!! and i'm trying to help her clear all... like dat i dun even have time to take annual leave... really pek chek

sounds like wat i've gone thru the nite before... i oso practically no strength and cant do a single ting except faster take medicine and went to the bed. i tink ur body is telling u that u've over exert urself and u need some rest no more OT at nite ok? :D ya... i hope can still keep in touch with them in the future...

kat, take care and dun stress ok?? stress oso gotta finish work, dun stress oso gotta finish work just dat if u're not stress, u wont fall sick sometimes u just had to calm urself down. break up the tasks so dat it wont seem like a big chunk to u yesterday's teleconf lasted till 7pm... finally told the german boss dat i'm leaving. can tell that he's really sad over the phone... i'm actually quite sad to leave them too. but cant be help...

u no need to have car. Air's hubby has can liaoz then i cannot join in me having teleconf from 4pm to 630pm... hopefully dun have to drag until 630pm... i need rest :rofl:
