    I wanted to share the person's name here real bad, believe me. But i'm still caught up in a contract with him. N call me coward or anything, but i seriously scared he will ruin my house even more.

    Some problems that i have is the tv feature wall and tv console that he did was totally wrong from what he promised us and what we agreed in the first place. his laminating job sucks like crazy. Tiling n flooring work also haywired!!

    He promised many things can do for us but in the end ALL GOT PROBLEMS!!

    Anyway, dunno if it will help, but as you might guess alrd, he is a male designer, tall, dark hair, young too.

    If i knew that i will have so many headache with him, i should have just gone straight to engaging contactors. I'm paying this much for an ID so that i can have a relax n enjoyable time renovating my house. Who knows this person can caused me and my husband so much trouble.

    Because of all these issues, my renovation will be delayed for a month (i think). I'm on a tip of an iceberg of calling his boss and complaint him straight away.

    Hi all,

    I'm looking for IDs to renovate my place. After seeing so many IDs, I have shortlisted one which the price is competitive.

    However, I can't really click with the ID that I asked for (specifically asked for this ID after reading the forum reviews here).

    I'm not saying the ID is no good... just that chemistry this kind of thing, is subjective.

    So I want to ask, is it alright if I ask for another ID within the same company to do the job for me?

    Would the first ID I approach be offended?

    Hi sinplyme, my ID was a referral from my fren. So coincidently my ID carpentry was the same carpentry that done up my previous house. :good:

    So i know their workmanship is quite good and i have less worries :drunk: . I understand your headache, i was in your shoe before. :dunno: Hope you will find your ID soon. :yamseng:

    actually i have been wanting to ask you... how did u get to ur ID? I mean how u come to know about them and the decision of using them? Is it by word of mouth referral or...

    I'm getting my keys soon and I am having a headache on how to go about shortlisting the ID/Contractors... :(

    Hi Dizy,

    I'm a new member here. Am interested to know the details of your ID, can you kindly PM me the details + cost of doing up your flat.

    Am going to get the keys to my new place next year so now sourcing for ID.

    Also, do you mind posting up pictures of the done up place. Looking at the 3D pictures, I would very much like to see the actual end-result. :)
