Thanks for all advice, I am not doing built-in stuff except kitchen due to budget. I just wanna to cover the study area to make it a room. I saw a lot of package and as compared, I found Randy even cheaper. for instance Ciseern was quoting about 15-16k for 2 toilet and 1 kitchen, but almost all accessories are at owner's cost, somemore the shower screen and kitchen entrance door are to be charged separately. Nevertheless, am still waiting for another guy from PNH, will compare the quote first. Now havent decide on Quickstep, Parador, Inovar, Pergo or Supreme brand. Any comment?

No leh, in my case I already told him that I want 2 shower screen, wooden frame frosted glass door for kitchen entrance, granite countertop for kitchen. He quoted me based on these... I mean talking about the study room alone, he is the cheapest comparing 2 others. Frankly, the kitchen he quoted at $100/ft, granite top (he said India one wo) is at $135/ft, then the slow close hinge extra at $10 per door. I think this one not so cheap..
