Just hope to share my experience of renovate my 1st HDB home.... Just confirm my contractor yesterday and will start renovation work on the 24th Feb 2012.... :deal: Items given to me after my deposit:- My paint that I be using for my whole unit.... U can get more quotes to compare, I feel ex... My quote for painting with nippon 3in1 medi fresh, oil base sealant for whole unit include ceiling and paint for door frame is less than $1.4K. I need oil base sealant because the color that I choose are shade of white, scare after some time the shade of white would turn yellowish as the sealant would protect it... Just my 2cents..

I just bought my sofa from Furniture Collection center @ Sungei kadut, It's a 2.9m L-Shape fabric sofa. SGD1450. It's a custom made because I like the length and the leg-room design, my wife like the fabric. So the person-in-charge suggest we custom made it provided we can wait for 6-8weeks. It's not branded but just to our liking. Do you guys think it's ex for a fabric sofa?

Hi, been to all best imm 2 weeks ago, looking for Mitsubishi heavy inverter system 3. A sales lady service me, keep pushing Panasonic inverter system 3. Keep demote Mitsubishi heavy, even told me that the whole compressor made in China. After some research, Mitsubishi heavy compressor parts from Japan and assembled in Thailand. Found out they are not giving correct information, or should I said WRONG information to us, their customers. So just believe 20% of their information abt air con. Just my encounter with them....
