morning ppl.. yesterday i went to yoga lesson.. came back having headache.. feel very xing ku when positioning myself, head facing downwards.. feel blood gushing to my head..

i believe excerising helps.. yoga also.. that time stop because of wedding prep.. stop close to 2 mths.. now starts going back to recover my stamina.. slowly then starts going to hot yoga.. hot yoga must go consistantly ah.. i tried stopping for a while.. then go again.. very xin ku..

at raffles city.. ocean tower.. damm sian.. seriously need to destress... work load getting heavier..

i going for my yoga lesson later.. long time nv go liao..

1st working day, i already went out with colleagues for dinner.. one of my colleague going back to japan then. last weekend i nv go out kia kia.. i already making noise liao.. my hubby still say got go out.. go ntuc.. go out for dinner.. i need close to and 1 hr to reach home also.. i dont go out shopping.. mainly have dinner with gfs.. chill out.. chitchat.. i dont want to lost touch with the world.. so you go out with your friends got bring your hubby along huh?

true also... i also encourage my hubby to go chill out with his friends.. mj or what.. just let me know.. i can settle my own dinner.. i think we still need to catch up with friends.. through chatting can get to know more things abt the society..

last time ok leh.. until recently, after my long leave.. i have not been leaving on the dotz.. between 6pm - 6.30pm.. my character also not those everyday go home kind.. at times i go for yoga.. still want to go out with friends.. chill out chitchat.. ask me to everyday go home.. to chores.. watch tv.. sleep.. really not me..

i feels it depends on work nature also leh.. if your job is those can leave on the dot.. lesser committments kind.. then cooking daily still sounds ok.. if you job.. suka suka must stay behind for 30 mins to 1 hr or more.. by the time reach home is really late..

is a must that i wash up if he cooks.. we made this decision long ago.. he will clean up 1st part.. then i will clean up 2nd part.. but he is more lazy than me lor.. maybe wait a while more ba... when things gets more settled down.. haha.. you already dreaming abt pregnant.. i think not more than once liao right?? i still dreaming abt my wedding last nite.. haha.. although i nv slept well..
