i feel that you should not be afraid lor.. you are the customer.. have not sign.. work have not start, you scare them. i believe that should not be the way.. those you point out are hidden information.. you are already uncomfortable. renovations is a major thing... costs dont just stop there.. sure got some additional stuffs along the way. you got to think carefully.

storage heater meaning when turn on need to wait for a while right??? instant heater just tune the temp during bathing right?? but citygas one when install got many ugly pipings around.. very difficult to hide. how much does a storage heater cost?

i also dunno leh.. mind full of rubbish stuffs i guess... i think i am using storage water heater... mine is left by previous owner.. but i am seriously consider in changing it because it is having slight leakage. city gas got 1 free heater by gas right? is that storage heater or instant one?

You will shy one meh?? but i got 2 wedding favors.. one is almond coated chocolate, another one is deck chair (can put photo and also as hp rest.) can lah.. will try to collect as much as possible..

the 2nd contractor is giving good advice. because we always think in our point of view for short term. then the contractors by right should be more experience. now honeymoon period mah.. sure sticky one lor.. every now and then is chatting on the phone. i nv been to any relatives of my hubby's side so far. He very di dong, he knows not apporiate to bring me along and I also wont tag along. Friends ok. but not relatives. Of couse after marry can lah. Anyway, now be it i invited the guy or not.. i will also not put my sister to incharge for the banquet. After recent issues, I find her not responsible for things outside her bf and work. my sis is a very pampered person. alot of things my dad settle for her.

got such good company leh.. i also want lah.. tired of what?? you hit the nail! that was also my concern. the whole world is asking me the same question. i asked her back.. she didnt ans me straight.. she just say 'if i dont want to invite she is ok..', she even said her bf is ok for any arrangments. then i stopped and think.. in what position her bf has the right to say he is ok with any arrangements, is my wedding wor.. not his. the 1st contractor mei you zhu jian leh.. how can say everything also ok.. my contractor comes to my house and help me save money.. got some works i want to do.. my contractor reject me.. better to have a frank contractor. can do just do.. else reject..

yaya.. the price around there ah.. but my dad said 2 mths back was even higher.. its ok lah.. my hubby also same thinking as you.. but my sis took 1 step back.. that is she can sit with her bf at normal guest table. meaning she will move out of VIP table. i have not make my decision yet. need more time think think abt it.. important thing is you are comfortable with the contractor and can click with him. but i think you should ask why calcuations is different.. like mine, i asked my contractor to quote for bi-fold door. his quotation is 2 times more expensive.. so i further asked him why lor.. but end up i didnt do the doors also.. because my contractor inspect my house and say if change door = change whole bathroom.. ikea nice to shop?? i feel like going there again you si bei chao geng leh.. chin chye chin chye can go home early..
