Hack wall lor.. i actually very impressed how my previous owner did their semi-WIW. they built the wardrobe in another room. then just remove 2 doors and rebuilt another one. not only combines 2 rooms, and also save the cost of hacking the walls.

I told her i already booked appt for that day.. i going to apply the leave later.. i think will also apply my marriage leave together..

rest of us just take leave when needed, as in got things to do or go on holiday. i think i know what you mean liao.. only govt is strict in moonlighting.. actually alot of ppl is doing moonlighting lor.. just that they dont say.. Pte companies usually close 1 eye, as long as is not the same industry. 36 days leh.. encash liao can use that money to do a WIW

she say need to rest.. duhz.. among the whole team, she took the most leave.. executive staffs 18 days leave.. too much leave dunno where to use.. somemore sure cannot finish and will carry forward..

chey, i also got stay in HDB flat what.. haiz.. dont rub salt on wound leh.. my colleague hor, want to snatch leave day from me.. ask me to apply another day. she very smart lor.. always onleave on monday.. for almost 1 mth she onleave every monday..

you then rich lor.. any presents will cost few hundred bucks and above.. my most expensive gift is my diamond ring liao.. irritated morning.. heavy downpour plus my office building lift sucks! very slow!

that time my dad rented out the condo. so address is hdb flat one, since we stay there mah.. that time was before 1997 crash, he bot the condo at pretty good price. even rental is good.. 3k plus to 4k. then after 1997, market gone pretty bad.. then we decided to move in.

can own HDB 1st then later own condo.. not the other way round. last time my dad also had the current condo and we stayed in 3-rom hdb flat..

now sg ppl smart lor.. buy condo, stay in HDB, rent out the condo.. at the same time.. get bonus from govt.. smart leh.. now you know why rich ppl rather stay in hdb flat..
