Hubby raised a good point regarding the condition of the gas riser pipe in our kitchen, and I made a call to PUB and check. Found out that we can ask for their technician to come onsite for inspection. If need to replace, cost will be fully borne by PUB. This means that we will have some slight delay in the handover as I stopped our contractor from installation of kitchen cabinets. Hopefully won't delay too much.

You mean letter box lock? if you mean the 3.50 letterbox lock, the shop is at blk 107, amk ave 4.The shop owner got a lot tattoo and talk one kind. The letterbox lock can change urself. Don't engage him to install. I engaged him to change my main door lock, heard a lot of crap and give me crap work. You cam also go to your house nearby those neighborhood hardware shop or lock shop.

If you want buy from JB, i will recommend Tampoi lighting at no 2, Jalan Titiwangsa 3/1, taman Tampoi indah or starworld lighting further down the street. ( I bought light from both shop but i still prefer tampoi lighting as they hav more varieties in lights, kdk fan and even a new showroom selling only Philip light). They also have a wide range of switches, but I don't know is the switch cheaper compare to singapore. The lightings confirm, double confim is cheaper than singapore. Compare apple to apple, my bathroom light (same design and same brand of bulbs) cost abt rm 40 (tampoi lighting) versus $78 (a shop at north of Singapore) Hope this helps

One more lesson learnt, bring the old lock to match the new lock. This lock cant be fix, have to spend more money to get another set.

You mean a "12 inch" toilet bowl. Yup, the choice is really limited. Most model only got up to 10 inch. We found this at Heritage . It got 2 nice model for 12 inch. And its not that ex after discount
