I had problem with the built in oven 1055 model What about yours

Anyone tried calling Brandt hotline? No one answers. Worst customer service hotline I come across. Anyone had same experience?

I bought my unit 1.5 years ago. Fuse kept breaking thrice. Problem only surfaced after 1 year Technician did mention of not slamming the door too hard. I doubt so as I don't do that knowing the amount of money spent. Anyway factory would have tested it vigorously prior to selling it in the market. Now I understand from technician that micro electron may be faulty. Don't know what this is ? Anyone can share experience ?

Problem with Brandt microwave/oven model ME1055X

as in other post mine is a resale private condo first 2 days hackers mobilized and completed the necessary hacking - kitchen, 2 toilets, including cabinets removal prior to works commencement everyone was mobilised to site to discuss what we want, from eletrical, aircon technician, grille. pricing is secondary. timely delivery and ID's attitude is primary to us. ID is someone whom we can comfortably work with

finally signed Homesuccess to do reno. mine is a resale private condo ID - she was quick and practical now into reno works. first 2 days, what needs to be hacked - all completed todate - quick. ID there most of time in condo to monitor progress

after reading all the cons my recent experience turned otherwise so far. now still at quotation stage responsive and quick my home minister went ard with ID on tiles selection. she was pleased todate. but dont count the chickens yet. anyone had recent bad experiences after signing and first 2 payments
