At Expo HN Fair... Straight to fridge dept, negotiated the price for my Hitachi Fridge. Was satisfied so place my order. The fridge comes with free HItachi 1L rice cooker (don't need it) and Free hitachi air purifier (might need it) Bought the Phlips juicer too @ $159 + free addtional blade Then went next door International Fair... Tested a few brand at their $3000 range king bed, not to my liking so go back to Sweet Dream and tested on the Grand Elegance bed again. Satisfy with the feel and so placed my order It comes with top layer memory form, 2nd layer latex and the base 5zones individual pocketed spring. Its very comfortable with the 2layers and can feel the stability of the pocketed spring! happy!

Today's a fruitful day! 1st to Hoe Kee Genting lane, and gotten my black blanco sink. Was asking for white color as suggested by ID (blend in with our white solid surface) but the salesgirl was not really impressed by it, and repeatedly aski me to change my mind. I do agree with her that white needs more maintenance and must alwys keep it clean to prolong the lifespan. Practical vs Aesthetic, we decided to go for practical. Undermount or Overmount? I think overmount looks better... Hmmmmm!!! I was at furniture fair yesterday and testing the Sweet Dream mattress. Found the mattress that I like and its around $3000 for king size, but seems like this brand not a popular choice among renotalk so didnt place order. Maybe i should go again and test other brand in the same price range bed before making a decision. Shall check out robinson member sales too!

Having headache searching for nice dinning chair. Since our dinning area is around our island, we have to source for chair with the right height. But seems like the choices are limited. Those that we saw is either too bulky or too filmsy

We are using "Aspen Black" for both the living and kitchen, in fact the black looks lighter in the night with the lights on. We got ours from Evorich. Must continue to take care of your floor. We have decided to give a 10yr lifespan for the vinyl flooring, so we will take extra care to live up to that expectation.

Some updates! Hacking started last 3days, and there are 2more walls pending for approval. Facing ouropen kitchen and island Railing is down. How we wish if we can do away with it totally! Our huge bathroom

Nothing worse than us,we are in the sandwich situation. Wanted to push our 2nd appt for selling to be 1 mth later after our buying. and plus 6weeks of early receiving the keys. I will have total 10weeks for renovation. But then, my buyer said their existing tenure (they are renting) ending and cannot give 1mth, so end up only 6weeks to renovate. Then "ding ding dong dong" from IDs and contractor, renovation started only 4 wks later. And now we have to moved out next week... Moving back to my in-law house which is 30km away!!! Every morning and evening, we have travelled 30km to send our children to school and back!!!! Kill me please!!!
