  1. I think composite wood is the best, as no need to stain or varnish basically requires no maintenance at all and is termite free. There are different kinds of composite wood, some that looks really like plastic, some so so or some has that woody feeling. its up to you to decide which one. If you are a naturalist, then would suggest to go for chengal wood or the least is balau however maintenance is big problem and of course price is a bit high too. You can check a few suppliers like jason parquet, alliance woodtech etc. (just google) and decide which one.. Make sure by the way when they give you a quote that you ask them to measure house and see if theres wastages and gst included. then thats the time to compare. Regards!
