Hi I was quoted from 1.5k to 2.5k for painting.. The cheapest I got was from basic im*** but too bad their slot gotta wait till after jan n might not be possible to rush my work before cny.. 2nd lowest is not very responsive..I will post more detail abt my quote tomorrow now will be signing today with 3rd lowest who is responsive and his quote after nego is as gd as 2nd lowest...so far every thing squeeze in was close to 22k

not doing major reno..total abt 12 items im doing; water piping for 3 toilets toilets tiling (hacking and tiling) toilet carpentary work for 2 toilet shower screen for 2 toilet 1 full height shoe cabinets outside study room pd doors for 3 toilets 7ft louver doors (suppose to be ment for the wiw which i will be diy) ceiling work electrical work (if budget permit will rewiring whole house if not will only be adding per points) varnishing upper floor parquet and chemical wash whole house tiles painting whole house so far have gotten 5 quotation..price from 14k to 32k (not yet include electical work and ceiling..quotation for rewiring is 3.2k to 3.5k budget was only 20k for all..so now trying to nego with 2 contractors on the pricing..will finalize the quote by tomorrow..

some update.. after some comparison we actually narrow to 1 contractor as he is prompt with his replies and swift with his quote..even though he is not the lowest..he original quote for 3 toilets, toilets vanity cabinet (3.5ft), shoe cabinets, painting, tiling, hacking, louver doors was at 16k plus and he told us the price will sure lower after the final measurement..was very looking forward for the final quote..but was a total disappointment after seeing it..at 1am..and after that so disappointed till cant slp..came to work today with superb dark ring..final quote become was 10k more..after we include in other items like ceiling and electrical..totally bust my budget..

But don't think gonna do overhaul since I'm on quite a tight budget..will be meeting the contractor this Sunday at the house for some measurement and see if their final quote be will any lesser..

Wow all em Reno all close to 100k.. My contractor was still telling me if I do overhaul can be done at 45k...

I work in the west near nuh.. But lucky with circle line travel to nuh only take less than 45mins

the 2nd pic on the toilet look nice and neat..i was thinking of how can i work around with blue tiles too as was advise my the fsm that everything should be blue..seriously i dont really like blue tiles as it make the house look dark..but since we engage a fsmm should listen to the advise..

I totally understand what u mean..actually i do have some conflict with my mil at times..things started to get better only after my sil came back from oversea..just hope things will be smooth..

u might have already gotten your unit thus u did not take notice on this since my 2nd appt was much later..we spotted the unit i think in Aug.

Yesterday was my 2nd meet up with Jason to go thru the audit report. The first meet up was on 8 Oct.. So the report took almost 3 weeks. Unlike most fsm I encounter that will ask us to buy many fs product this one still did not really ask us to buy products but motly by painting and ceiling fan..also pointed many things which we felt true abt us.. Abt our character, relationship and career.. Almost 一针见血.. His report also very detail with conclusion base on everyone character..with him being so accurate on analysis, my husband who did not believed in fs was convinced to do most of the things he instructed.. Overall I will recommend him as his bazhi analysis was really accurate.. As for home audit I can't commend much as I have not move into my house.. He said usually within 3mths should see an improvement.. He sound very confident I will try to update after I move in if I can eat any promotion or strike toto lol

Some updates today on the fs follow up, today fsm came at 1045am and go thru with us on individual analysis. Overall my house fs is earth element so suppose to be gd as in stable but with my family members having mostly earth element the house become not so gd as is too much earth poor in growth as what the fsm said.. So he suggested the house to be painted blue thru out and given us some color coat. He also suggest us to put a small fish tank near the entrance with 8 cheap cheap fish( he said the fish will die easily as it will help to block the 杀气), ask us to put a 盐晶灯 in my boys room as he said that room more 阴, and install ceiling fan in all rooms and above stairs.. From the quote I get for my em toilets, as I am hacking wall and floor tiles too I think is mission impossible to do 2 toilets with shower screen and plus kitchen hacking work and tiling..considering ur is an old house which toilets and kitchen is usually bigger.. Mayb only 2 toilets still can do within 7k mayb plus other work i think is hard, if u can find one please share the contact with me as I am currently also looking for quote.. So far the cheapest quote I get from contractor was 12k for 3toilets

Anyway from what he said on the phone earlier somehow most of the thing he said abt me, my kids and hubby are quite exact.. Like my characters career luck, my hubby and no1 not close, my little boy being hard to control and lazy, etc.. He mention the house was not really gd as in is earth element and too much of it plus my family members might affect promotion or advancement.. Hopefully tomorrow he will advise us some solution..

Yes indeed the house condition was quite gd thus we'll only doing the toilets, piping and bedroom.. The water piping can see leaking and corrosion..
