Yup, that's what my Id told us too.

he did give us good advice and recommendations on the reno design. so far we have issue with him. but reno havent start so cant comment on the work. oh and he is actually a manager in FH. mine is 38k exclude electrical work, but i think the freebies are included in their reno package, not due to the price i spent.

After staying segar rd Bt panjang for 5 yrs. we decided to move near my in law place... YISHUN. search around that area for 2 months and finally manage to secure a 12yo 4 RM which is only few blk from my in law. we love this estate, near mrt, market/coffeehouse, park and McDonald's!!! First Appt : 19 Sept 2012 1330pm - Completed Second Appt : 01 Nov 2012 - Still long way to go My floorplan... kind of weird layout with the 3rd room just beside the main door. there is 1 thing i angry with segarians... every early morning i see many cars park at the temp carpark bside the kopitiam. this carpark are built for ppl going to kopitiam or CC, not for overnite parking got mscp dun use!!! at nite wan to park my car for tabao also cant find lot.

well the MJ sound not from my level, my adj 2unit dun play mahj. the 252unit haven move in yet. ya i find them very friendly. b4 i move in, i worry tat my 2dogs will disturb the neighbours. but no lor, they like my dogs !! and one of the neighbour also got 2 dogs !! btw if u hear dogs barking, confirm those are not mine !! mine are good boy n gal except for.... you know wat lah... hehe tat one bo bian liao lor... who call u never reseach. !! sometime even my level still can smell.
