before you attempt to get any loan from bank, do ensure that you have either cleared all/most of your pending card/credit bills. Else, round them up into one loan. This will help to improve your credit standing for 2 reno loans. -
i am also looking for a mattress. I have similar built as Mac too... Went to try @ Serta today... tried the diamond suite (hotel collection) and ruby suite... one is soft and one is hard... so not sure which I should choose and the sales person also not very convincing... wonder how too....

Sorry if I sound dumb, but can you elaborate further? Eg. How much repayment per month are we expecting from the mentioned flat/variable rate with MB? Eg. for SGD 30,000.
