. Wanna to have resort feel and id have suggested white tabletop. In the end, my fiancée's dream is to have a black granite as table top and we decided to go ahead with this combo.well the effect is good and we love it! Just that for the glass backing, we wanna it to be white but the white spray have made the glass backing look a bit greenish. Thanks jasdy! We super love the feature wall! Hopefully when our white sofa and rattan dining table are in, it will bring out the modern resort feeling.

More purchases!!! Storage heater. Initially wanted aristion heater but was sale talk into tecno storage heater as sale gal claim it take 7min to heat up the water compare to aristion. Rain shower Wanted to buy those on promotion but my fiancée convinced me to get this! Oven Finally my fiancée settled with this oven.

Let me recalled on the progress of our renovation, after we do our start renovation ritual, yesterday was the 4th day of the renovation. Till date, masonry work n electrical work have started. We have also got our 3d and requesting for amendment as we have already choose our laminate and the type of craftstone we wanted for our feature wall. Now we still have yet to purchase ceiling fans, curtains as well as bed frame and planning to buy the bed frame later. Although we have already started to have the 3d design for Carpentary work but my mind was thinking of getting a study table in the future room. Haha.

Looking at the above, I realised that our contractor move way too fast that we need to rush our purchases in order to match his speed. Although he told us that the electrical requirement let him know by this coming Monday but yesterday they started work. Resulting in one of the requirement that I wanted to do have to give up. :curse: Initially he told me tues he will be doing false ceiling but I told him wed the air con installer are coming down to install the aircon. Forgetful. Lesson learnt: no matter how experience n comfortable your contractor is, please monitor your own renovation closely. Later going to our new place to check on the works that they have done! Cross finger now, hope I don't need to ask him to rectify anything.
