I am looking for dining chairs which are similar to this, but something more streamlined (the cushion less chunky) and with just 4 straight stainless steel legs (without the horizontal strip as shown in this chair). Any ideas where I can find?

Does anybody here use a steam oven? Any advice and recommendations?

Need help cos I am undecided between Brandt and Teka hob/hood. I will be getting Brandt's multipurpose convection oven as I read good reviews about it here. Heard that Brandt is a good mid-price brand for ovens. But what about their hob/hood versus Teka? Basically I am looking at a 3 burner stainless steel hob with safety valves and chimney hood with suction of at least 800. Any advice on these 2 brands?

Good for you! I'm also waiting for HDB's approval. Hopefully it will be fast, or else I will call and make noise too. My ID said that if HDB doesn't approve within a week, owner should call to chase them. Contractor chase not much use one.

Sent them a mail in January and they took 2 months to reply after a few reminders. There are also no breakdown for the individual items, which make it quite difficult to compare. I understand they are good, that's why they can afford to let ppl wait. Same scenario as those famous hawker stalls with long queues...haha...
