If anyone needs to be introduced to a good company for renovation or carpentry work. let me know; i know of one who have good workmanship and do closely monitor the work progresses. They are good, fast and produce good quality work too. My friends had him done up their house for a reasonable price... i hope you all have the same experience with whatever contractor you have.. Just to share to all online buddies who would like to reno their place Recently i had my place renovated, like all newbies, was like a total "blur sotong" when it comes to finding a contractor to renovate my resale home. Was quite afraid that i might get chopped in the head like a big carrot.. But thank goodness, my friend intro-ed his contractor to me and i am glad that he came to my rescue. The works he had done is good and of course the price is reasonable... 1. He is like a one stop centre who is able to do everything at a reasonable price and i wouldn't have to crack my blur skull to seek fr recommendations. 2. He tries to understand what i need ad like and able to help me design up my place to my liking 3. He picks up my calls almost immediately or would call me back asap when he missed my calls. 4. He will monitor my flat and ensure works done are efficient and of the a good qualit ( though i do give a surprise visit and i got surprised when i see him in my house monitoring the process and progress) 5. He brought me around to select the lights, toilet bowls, taps, tiles etc. 6. unlike other he doesn't have hidden cost. 7. last and most impt, he has good service before, during and after. My drawers had some problems and he got ppl down to my hse to fix the issue in the shortest possible time. And his price are all very reasonable and no hidden cost. 8.
