    was yours overlayed? were these hdb original tiles? this looks dangerous, if its hdb original tiles, even after 20 yrs they should be answerable for it?? so what actually caused it???

    laminated overlay? shouldn't be any problem i think... i'd be doing that too.

    i'm overlaying my kitchen n toilets as well. we've checked and no hollow tiles, hopefully no problem like applefreak. but for my living and dining, i'd be hacking and relaying 600x600 tiles.

    I dun think overlay toilet is a good idea. Rear ard that the wetness may pre-accelerate the popping.

    I always think IMM abit over-priced. Same product in other branch cheaper? hehe.

    Well i going to Hoe Kee Main showroom, hopefully my friend can give good discount. He happens to be my classmate hehe :dunno:

    After tt i'll pop by Rinnai which is just around the cornet, then head to jalan bersah where i'll see PJ & Bellari.

    Dragon Ball Urn - 龙珠缸

    相传在清朝道光四年,直隶豫鲁遭受了百年不遇的大早。那真是河溪断流,田畴龟裂:赤野干里,饿殍万家:舌急的奏折如雪片般地飞到了朝廷。道光里帝诏见文武面官进行"廷议",众臣一致恭请呈上天驾亲临大坛祈雨。有位掌管天文历法的饮天监正极力推荐白云观的张太乙真人,说其"深恬玄机,必有良策"。道光皇帝也是急病乱投医,立即令张太乙进宫"觐见 "

    进了宫,张太乙装摸做样地看大察云,又神经兮兮地测地探水,对皇帝说:"今岁为金年,太白气盛,金火相生,故中原多早。但天盘丙加地盘甲子,乃飞鸟跌穴大吉之象,

    《赤松子》文曰 '进飞得地,云地聚会,君臣燕善,举动有制'。微臣夜观大象,当在七七四十九天之日午时三刻,正值天地九龙风云际会。呈上可令景德镇御窑厂烧制九口五龙瓷缸,贮五湖四海之水。圣躬祈祷,届时缸水能溅珠花,缸触能生龙呤,里大必降甘霖,大功定告成功"。里帝听了,立马急发八百里明诏,令御窑厂限期制缸进御。

    到了祭坛祈雨那天,九口青花龙缸摆茌最显目的地方,果然是"瓷呈玉质炜炖莹润,缸绘云龙振振欲飞"。只听礼炮三声,张太乙率八名俊徒走到贮满水的龙缸前,以手掬水,继而摩擦缸沿,须臾时只见缸中水珠高扬,倏忽间唯闻耳边龙呤啸声,真可谓;珠花纷扬,青龙摆尾;啸声激越,九音回转。众人惊喜之际,晴空骤地电闪雷鸣,风起云卷,大雨倾盆;深受干旱之苦的农夫渔翁、桑工市民无不欣喜若狂,可见盼甘霖,望雨霓其心犹真,其情犹怜。道光皇帝见祈雨成功,龙颜大悦,通令嘉奖景德镇御窑厂及工匠们,并将瓷缸赐名"龙珠缸"。

    龙珠缸之所以贮水后能引发"水珠高扬,呤声激越"。究其缘由是瓷工们受青铜碗洗的启发,运用了水在容器里以手摩沿产生共振而成水花,产生共鸣而成啸声的原理,充分显示了景德镇瓷工的聪明才智和高超技能。此缸景德镇已挖掘复制,并有生产。

    btw what happened to your bumper and fender?

    sigh....kena hit from my right side.

    it's not serious, just got dent then th fenger/bumper join broke. Bonnet misalign. :furious:

    hee i got my nick in those art forums many many years back so it stuck with me until today.

    yup sure paintings can look for me anytime. what do u have in mind?

    but wall painting....wah...really depends on what you want to paint lei. for big big wall i think buy decals stick on them better and cheaper. becoz i very small and short. need to climb all over the place liao...*hahahhaahhaha* :bath:

    Me and gf love your art, especially the sheep....ppl commenting abt putting it with sealy mattress hehe.

    Anyway i think she'll be posting in here soon as well hehe. !!

    hi guys, me back liao.

    just to share, a few days before our wedding, someone vandalised my hb's car bonnet; the idiot made 2 very big dents on the bonnet.

    we just had it resprayed and polished and it kenna vendalised. in the end had to fork out more $$ to get the bonnet replaced a few days before the wedding. !!

    This kinda scenario most sian.

    Now i need to change my front bumper and driver side fender but cant afford to put car in workshop for days so onli mth end when i go overseas for work.

    Spend this kinda "yuan wang qian" veri sian 1/2.

    Save money so hard then spend on such thing....

    u have to get the meansurements for your fridge, washing machine, dryer, hood and hub, sink, vanity , plasma, lcd tv during the carpentary period.

    you can also look around for furniture which u like and then decide on the theme. for me i think to decide on the theme and then the furniture is harder since certain theme comes with very ex furniture. :P

    Ya actually ystd after dinner go walk walk, me n gf saw one fridge we like and took the brochuer liao. Stove think going for cuizino domino, those seperate system kind, know what i mean?

    i think ur hse veri exp stuff in it, cox u diva mah !!

    btw, for paintings can look for you? jux wan a cheerful happy pic..... or u free to paint my wall? :bath:

    wah this floor plan i got see in the mag before. its featured in one of the home and deco issue, both sisters own the place. reno the place until very swee swee...

    but i sold the mag liao..cannot give it to u to see as a referal. :yamseng:

    u know i can only start reno like late nxt month but now tt i send out "tender" for my hse reno, i veri anxious to see the quotes and stuff like tt.

    Btw what's the lead time btw buying my kitchen appliance, tv, mattress during the renovation?

    makes full use of the area and yet not need to customise :yamseng:
