Is the initial 20% able to be bridged by loan? Is this still the common guidelines: Initial 20% Booking Fee and Downpayment 1) 5% Booking fee for booking of unit (Cash Only) 2) Stamp Duty of about 3% (Cash and/or CPF). 2nd property at 6% Stamp Duty as well which include the ABSD 3) 15% Downpayment 8 weeks from Option date (Cash and/or CPF) Progressive Payment Schedule, Installment Will Commenced From Here You Can Loan 80% Bank Loan 1) 10% Payment for completion of Foundation Work (About 6-9months) (Monthly Installment will commenced here if you can loan up to 80% bank loan, next step if 70% bank loan) 2) 10% Payment for completion of Reinforced concrete framework (About 6-9months) 3) 5% Payment for completion of Brick walls of unit (About 3-6months) 4) 5% Payment for completion of Electrical wiring, internal plastering, plumbing and installation of door and windo frames (About 3-6months) 5) 5% Payment for completion of Car parks, roads and drains serving the housing project (About 3-6months) 6) 25% Payment upon TOP 7) 15% Payment upon Certificate of Statutory Completion (CSC)

  6. U went straight for IVF? Never try IUI first? If i remember correct, both IUI + IVF total have only 3 subsidy from govt. IVF will include hormone jab i believe into ur tummy, self administered till ready for procedure. Extract and wash then mate with sperm...afterwhich see how many survive then doctor will recommend how many to put back into your womb. Thou medical advancement is there, you have to be mentally prepared IVF is not 100%.

  8. My wife and myself visited LC Cheng for a yr. No result, very exp, especially first consultation. My advice is to take things naturally. Unfortunately this is a gift of god. Sometimes, somethings really unexplainable.

Yes...very happy roaring new year to care and 6969....we 3 like founding members sia hahahaha Like earlier posted, everyone has their rainy days and unfortunately, Tau is overwhelmed by the enquiries and CNY period is making it tougher.   15. Usually ard 2nd appt get quote is fine i feel, timeline wise. Get 3 quotes and analyse your 1st impressions from there, other then the sums. TYM advice is really the norm in getting around the budget portion. Do remember to factor in accessories as it's usually quite a sum too.
  16. I guess there's always good and bad experiences. Question is where's the balance. Anyway Kelvin just made a trip to my place and wished me happy new year. I shifted into my house in 2008 and till today, he still remembers me as an individual and asked if my house is ok. That, to me is really beyond the norm. For those who are jus tshopping for quotations but yet to go for 2nd appt, unfortunately he has to prioritize the handing over of his projects by CNY, hence really alot of delay. By saying he's bz not interested in your project, also makes him look very high headed, which in fact, he's not. He really wants to serve, everybody wants business....but i guess he's really tied down by alot of happenings. This........i told him to better manage. Nevertheless, apologies to all those who waited long and he wishes all a happy lunar new year. Cheers!

Am trying to apply for corporate starcard, but seems like there's 2 avenues and both are not working. 1) Viewer's Choice - Called 1800 843 9377 but the number like not working. 2) Called Chevron as listed in caltex website at 1800 333 0222 but keep calling the whole day, forever all their officer are bz and ask me to leave voicemail. I left 3 since last thursday till now still no reply. Haiz....anyone got conenctions or how to get this sorted?
  18. Well not sure if this is the right place to post but here it goes. Anyone shops at Giant supermarket? They having a promotion of collecting the "majong card"for every $30 purchase. Once you complete "13 wonders".....you get a free majong set So wondering if anyone wanna share the cards cause bound to have extras or lacking? For me, i have extras of "dong", "9 bamboo"and "9 wan"
  19. Have they gone to your place for actual measurement? If not i think the generic quote is for budgeting purpose. More importabtly, identify how much is per foot run. 44ft kitchen might be doable in your kitchen because say it's a simple straight cabinet and you're running 20ft for bottom and 20ft for top, it's about there? For my home, i dun have top cabinets but on the extreme left and right, i designed 2 full height cabinets.
