    If you getting resale flat, then that 30k is considered grant. Not sure abt resale flat but for new flats, you can defer submitting ur ROM cert. Just write in to your HDB branch officer to defer giving them reasons or providing them any invoice to show that you have decided on your ROM date. Usually they will allow cos HDB cannot force you to get married. We deferred for 6 months, HDB asked us to provide them evidence but we until now haven't give and they nvr chase....haha..

    Yes getting resale. So i haf a grant.

    My problem is i not having banquet, jux a good soleminization ceremony than want to move in to new house.

    From the looks of it, seems like onli after ROM than can buy the house n renovate.

    Hi guys wher can i go view HTS? Brands like kef n cambridge good?

    I'm more into vocal. I'm looking for a tuner actually with amps n speakers.

    I currently haf a set of audiolab amp, sub with 1 pair of jewel speakers but tot of giving it to my father so i get another set.

    Or shld i get a tuner than hook up to my current set? Itz almost 8yrs old liao this set but still going veri strong.

    yap i think regular sleep does help....

    example u mus have a set of time to sleep & wake up everyday even on weekends

    ei : wakeup 7am & sleep at 11pm... everyday so your body will noe your routine.., even on weekend you too mus stay the same sleep time routine lor....

    if you one day sleep late one day sleep early your body system will confuse....

    i still cant maintain regulary hour sleeping time :yamseng:...

    Hmm..My hb read from newpaper...He said the father of the child is aso 9yrs old lei..This incident happpened quite long ago liao...Think the mother n father of the child grew up liao....The boy is put into boys' home....Yup, i was very shocked when my hb told me that father aso of the same age...How did they know such things at such young age??? :yamseng:

    The best surprise from my bf wasn't the most expensive one. It was our 3rd yr together, and he secretly booked a room at Ritz Carlton, complete with a special couples spa, and a cozy dinner. I was so happy I was jumping up and down the bed when we checked in! I will never forget that moment...

    Second big surprise came 2 yrs later, during our 5th anniversary. He picked me up and told me we are going to a lawyer's office as he needs me to sign some papers. Imagine my shock when he told me he has bought our future home, a condo I really liked, for me, and need me to sign the papers to include me as co-owner. I nearly fainted on the spot.

    The most recent surprise was when he proposed with a Gabrielle diamond ring. We are waiting for our wedding and our house in 2008. Hehehe.......

    Wow sounds like you and Korea haf a lot in common.

    ya lor. depend too much on makeup liao. very bad lor. :sport-smiley-004: makeup products are made from chemical therefore apply too much onto the skin aren't good. skin also needs to breathe right. :)

    anyway, strictly no makeup for me lor. i prefer natural beauty instead of using makeup to create the fake beauty. ;)

    erm, i assume you're a guy right. how come you're so interested in such thing? !!

    Guys nowadays also take care mah rite? :furious:

    But no la i slp or dun slp, ppl also say i like neber slp... !!

    IT boils down to preference.

    For exmple if u're into cars n ur hubby join some car forum, drive ur own car than get a few kakis who drive the same car.

    If u wan the typical bmw n merc, C&P has good cars but price on high end.

    Alternatively use ur own car or fren's than give a big angbao?

    Driver can get one of the brothers?

    Hmm..no lah cos was looking for a facial package mah...then thought of FIL, then surfed their website ...they had an e-voucher that says free 1 year programme....i curious so went for "consultation" lor.....it's actually like u signed a facial package then they give u free eye treatment every session....i think it's crap lah.....haha.....my package costs abt 700+.....

    Assuming $800 over 12 sessions, each is ard $66.

    I wondering wat is done during eye treatment also. Care to share urs?

    I just signed on a facial package with FIL, now into my 2nd session already. It's a total of 12 sessions.

    I believe they have FIL men one? Go and bargain hard with them, if they quote you a price, you just say your budget v tight. They will then ask u what your budget is and try to miraculously come up with some stupid reason like ok we can give you the CNY blah blah blah promo and match your budget. Kanasai.....although I still signed up with them in the end....haha....facial is ok lah..products not bad...but they quite hard sell...kinda irritating..u got to stand firm on your ground.....

    Wat made you choose FIL? Better products?

    How much was ur facial package?
