Want to check with all did you get do the racks for the bomb shelter? I want to do racks but dunno which company to do it. From the flyers in the lifts and in my letterbox can see that there are a few contractors there doing. ANybody got any recommendations?

shouldn't need to have an extra outlet if youre installing rite beside the toilet bowl. For mine, the plumber just use the water inlet pipe to the toilet bowl, install a joint to have water to the bidet (spray gun thingy). I got the bidet at 20++, installation was done "foc" by my ID

Agree with you about the lock spring release thing. Each time unlock have to make sure the bolt is fully extended if not cannot open. My first choice was Duro but feedback from here was that it couldn't fit so when with Castle. Overall still quite satified with the lock though. Each time I look at it, gives me a "safe" feeling Wow..so expsensive? For that price you might as well go for those locks that scan fingerprints. (saw the fingerprint scanner locks at Bretz @ Parkmall)

I installed the castle lock. The one being advertised in the lifts by Singlock. Seems to me like quate good construction and they will come install for you. Cost me $128 comes with 6 keys. Can consider.

HI Just want to check with all those who have done your renovation. Does your painter buff smooth the wall Before they paint the wall? Or do they just paint over even if the surface is uneven? This applies also applies to walls not builit by them (for e.g provided by HDB)

Hi Zirk Check with you something. Your MBR toilet got a vanity top on one side correct? Where do you put your towel bar? I am currently deciding on accessories to buy for the MBR toilet then discovered then really limited space left because of the vanity top. headache headache

sure no prob. but must wait 60days because they got stock for white now, must special indent.They has ex stocks are silver but find silver spoils the whole look of the fan. They have a silver one at display at their showroom and I tested it. Seems ok to me but after it is installed then I will know whether it is really good.
