i do agree big players are easy to contact but try googling installations done by big players in singapore and u will find big players' installing and within 5 days having major leaks in the whole house/ aircon no gas/ trunking starts to open up/ pipes inside trunking burst/ usage of cheap material and the exorbitant prices for quality materials and so on. IIf i have a problem i simply drop aron an email or ahboon a text and i will get a reply within a day or max two. Aron and his team installed my aircon a few months ago, and about a month ago my neighbour complained my aircon was leaking alot. I informed ah boon, and he came down within a few days. There was no problem with my aircon plus they even poured water though the pipes to test and absolutely no leak. We then found out it was hdb roof water tank which was leaking and they did not even charge me for the trip. Ah boon even got his team to do a free general maintenance since they were already there! I am in no way related to aron or ah boon, but this is the kind of after services which makes customers really happy and choose them again.

Continuation from MBR to bedrooms

Had my aircon installed by Aron & Ah Boon yesterday. Firstly the team came on time. And while me and ah boon were confirming the piping layouts i saw my old aircon already carried out of my home. That was like in 10 min since they rang the door bell!! They started super fast. They were very professional and very quiet. Not the kind of contractors who always keep yelling and talking. All three of them were doing their individual installation areas. They also took turns to have their lunch and never stopped installing. They made sure to sweep up every 15-30 mins to avoid debry being dragged along the floor. And after installation, Ah Boon inspected all the pipings again and also sealed of the pipings very neatly. He was very detailed to the extent my dad who is a very very fussy person when it comes to handyman stuff actually said they did a very good job. Their workmanship is very commendable and i would definitely engage them for my own home( bto once it is ready ). Thank for recommending uncle william!! Installing my aircon this week and needed to run a 15 amp socket as brand new installation. Initially called zentera last thursday and spoke to one of their staff. He quoted me a very good price and told me this week can install. Will get back to me with the timing for tuesday or wednesday. Got a call from zentera on monday saying cant install this week. Earliest can do would be next week. Not their fault i guess, probably some mis communication amongst them. But that may be due to many quotations they are handling. The lady from zentera was very polite and apologised so i told her it was ok and would source another person. Called uncle william (and many hdb contractors and those i found online) after zentera hung up ,and he said he could squeese me in for today. Timing was a little late but he came and did a really splendid job. Very clean and neat work. Also had to change the MCB as it was already 25 years old( other contractors i called also advised me on this and mostly quoted for mcb alone 300-500) , but uncle william gave me a very good price. In total he took about 3 hours but i guess thats why everything was neatly installed. A few things to note : He is very busy, so have to call him twice or thrice to get him to answer. : He told me 9am but only made it at 12.45. ( Called him at around 10.40 only then told me he could make it at 12+ as was stuck at another person house) Overall a little flaws but very satisfied with his service and workmanship I would still engage zentera for my upcomming bto as i believe they would do a great job on a full project. I would engage william for small electrical issues or installations

Its true their presale is a little delayed, i guess its coz of the many installations they have on hand and aron not being in town. But ah boon managed to come down for a site survey today although it was around 7.30pm. And i must say he is a very courteous chap, also explained to me in detail how he could run the piping and gave me 2 different options to run. He was very detailed and i am pretty happy with his service. Will be engaging them for my aircon
