Mine is the original antenna signal, last week ch8 got some 'spark' sound occasionally but now no more. But rtm2 always got the 'spark' sound...

My father also advise me try not to have money burden hanging over our backs, especially in Singapore. Last time he was a boss running a machinery business but all becos of many loans, he sold his business to repay the loans and left only a little to himself. Now he's working part-time to pass his time and to earn a little allowance to himself (of cos I also got give him some allowance lah...hehe). That's how come I also spent less than 10k for reno and pay housing loans by CPF only. Furnitures and appliances also try to get 2nd hand from relatives or friends. During recession, not just have people jumping, also have crazy people walking around. During the last recession, saw one young guy (20+) wearing like a salesman with shirt and tie, walking alone talking to himself (definitely not using hands-free or bluetooth)...sad...

Just moved my old TV away by town council guys. Very efficient and nice people. Anyone who wish to move away bulky items can call Andy at 91008202...but must call him 1-2 days in advance and what items to be moved. Didn't go to THUM last week also...went to orchard shopping instead...heehee...

Bought it at one the stores for S$9.90 in Toa Payoh Central....can't remember the shop name....that time I was there for a hair cut, then my wife called and told me toilet bowl flood, asked me to buy something that can plunge, so the moment I saw it, looks very 'high end' to me so I bought it I also dunno why it flood, initial I suspected my toilet paper too hard...but then I realised it's the method ba... initially I tend to roll the toilet paper to a certain thickness before use. But my wife said should tear each square piece and stack them to the require thickness, so that when I flush, it'll be easily 'dissolved' rather than one rolled piece. Do you guys agree?

My toilet bowl in the common toilet also chokes several times last month....using the Drain Buster to clear it just to save the plumber cost... Btw, Khriz, thanks for submitting the issue to HDB, hope that they can solve the problem soon...

I think air-con is not about producing cool air to a room, but it's about removing heat from a room. So if your room is facing the afternoon sun, the air-con will need more energy to make the room cool, thus take more time ba...

Dec 08, icic...wah so nice....around the festive season... Yup, had been trying out the new tv...but my DVD player no HDMI output...sianz...now using component for the time being... Last night saw Khriz's home in yesterday episode of La Femme...can see that his fridge is Mitsubishi...hehe..

Just for info, my bill is about S$80~S$90 per month for 2 adults. Cooking simple meals 5 days a week, drinking water boiled by Tiger thermal flask (turn off after boiled), showering using citygas gas water heater, clothes washing using Electrolux 7kg front load, and turn on the air-con every night from 11pm to 7am using Mitsubishi Electric Easy Clean Air-con in eco mode at 26~28deg celsius...
