Have u compared wif other quotations fr other IDs? Think they are more ex according to my fren.

I was recommended by a fren who knew the designer. However its been 3 wks and I have not received any quotation. Didnt want to chase them too coz I was not impressed wif their designs anyway. They do mainly condos and not really what I like... told me the last HDB project was like very long ago. Maciam they see HDb projects no up. So we struck them off our list....

Hi I juz got quotation fr Patrick. quotation is reasonable compared to other IDs. But can someone tell me means we got to be the coordinator for the diff sub-con/painters etc? Or will Patrick do the job? And what tiles price does he give coz not stated in my quote.

The ID havent got back abt the quotation yet tho its like one wk plus. I will give a few more days b4 chasing him haha...

Hi, Looked thru the thread and seemed to have many gd reviews. Juz to check, as this is more of contractor than ID, meaning Patrick won't give ideas at all concerning furniture/layout etc? Can Anyone PM Patrick's contact?

Hi! I actually walked in and went thru wif one of the ID in Gplan and he gave me a quotation a wk later. Tat was b4 i discovered tis forum and saw so many gd reviews on Kelvin. I'm not so comfortable with tis assigned ID so If i want to sign up n change ID, is it possible?

My gd fren had her house renovated by them and she recommeded her ID to me. Have seen her hse and its quite nice. But seems like most comments abt them seemed negative so abit apprehensive...anyone else signed up with them?

Tks...Ya maybe will give them call to check tho I doubt they will commit whether can hack or not. Devilaz, The only capentery I think I will have will be for kitchen cabinets and wardrobes for MBR. Quite minimal already right?

My flat is abt 18 yrs old.. I met up wif a few IDs so some say can overlay some say cannot so I dunno which one to believe. Those that say cannot is afraid that the old tiles alr not secured - i mean for toilet walls now, so best is to hack. Any expert advice?

Ya i am also thinking of just laminating all bedrooms and hack living & dining area. I was told toilets & kitchens need to hack and cannot overlay if flat is too old coz of the waterproofing thingy.. dunno how true is that?

Hi! I'm new to the forum. I saw your pic of the marble flooring and its kinda similar to mine- except I think mine is uglier. I just got a resale flat and now looking out for IDs/ contractors. Can I know if you did hack your flooring coz I want to do that but I know it will cost a lot...
