Hi All, I am newbie here in this forum. I have been reading this forum for quite sometime and I am quite inspired by some forumer. I am also following the trend posting my journey of renovation. The place we are renovating is place we are staying in currently. I need to find contractor and fixed the date. After that I have to move out to temporary rental place during the period of renovation. My place is 3 bedroom condominium. Things I am planning to do are Kitchen : - Change all the cabinets - Hack the wall between kitchen and dinning area. Put Half glass wall/window. - Half wall to be like an kitchen counter top/bar (I have attached a photo, I want something like this photo) - More storage - change wall and floor tiles - Lighting Bathrooms - Change tiles - Make more spacious shower area - More storage - simple design basin Living room - Feature wall - brick wall design - TV console - Lights - may be False ceiling Design Concept : Simple, classic and functional.
