  1. I thought I should update all of you on this... The so-called transport lady called me to ask if I still want the sofa set. If not, she is all ready to offer my sofa set as an alternative / option to OTHER VICTIMS who are desperate for anything that is better than nothing! Before I could answer her, she went on to make clear another ABSURB condition. (She apparenty knows that I want to self-collect my sofa.) She demanded that I should pay up $150 for warehouse storage charge which is another piece of NONSENSE! She said that this $150 is inclusive in the $280 delivery fee if they were to deliver my sofa. If I self-collect, I have to fork out $150! I demanded to see my sofa first and she insisted that I should promise to pay up the $150 after viewing. Otherwise, she will not even arrange for my viewing at all! what kind of demand is this! She even refused to give me the full address for the viewing. she insisted I should view my sofa in the quickest time. If not, my sofa will be offered to other customers very soon! Suddently, she hang up the phone claiming she had to check with her boss on my viewing. But she never called me back. I suspectthe sofa is gone now... For this, SENSEART will surely get his just dessert.

SENSE ART I am happy to see that you broadcast your so-called attempt to talk to the transport company to waive the transport fee of $280. if you really have the power to ask them to waive for me, make it a blanket waiver for all your customers to be fair to everyone! But frankly, you think I am a fool to believe your words? If you can do it, you would have done it long ago even before customers ask for it! Please lah! You really got the thick-skin to declare that YOU PAY for my sofa to arrive here? WAKE UP! I PAID $2,200 FOR MY OWN SOFA and YOU POCKET THE PROFIT! What are you talking abt? And please, whatever you type here only makes your argument more FLAWED, let alone hone your skills. You have made a mockery of yourself! Everyone can see it. If you are so so pathetic that you have no money and cannot even fork out that $280 for the delivery charge. Fine! I will ask my guys to collect for me. But before doing that, I demand to see my sofa to ensure that it is 100% what I had ordered. If the specifications don't match what I have ordered, YOU HAVE NOT FULFILLED THE ORDER and don't claim that you did please! Please arrange for my viewing and I will settle my own self-collection.
  3. I DID NOT receive my sofa at all. Please don't assume and mislead the people here. Yes the so-called transport called me and expect me to pay $280 for delivery fee. This is totally ridiculous! Why should we customers pay for something that is rightfully your responsibility to absorb? Mind you! I have paid $2,200 for that sofa set and now you expect me to fork out the delivery charge? If you are a gentleman, you will honour all deliveries and be GUILTY enough to make good all the damages you have created! But you didn't! Instead you got the cheek to tell us that you have no money and give me that "take it or leave it" attitude? You are again asking for more money from customers when you had cheated us of our hard-earned money. It is scheming of you to use such tactic to deter customers from having their goods delivered. And worst of all, dare to claim that "Regardless, I had done my job" so as to tell the whole world you are not a CHEAT??
  4. SENSE ART If you are sincere about delivering the sofas, you will honour your words! But did you??? You have the cheek and guts to promise customers but DELIVER NOTHING!! Don't play games with us and give others false hopes when you are out there to go on with your cheating plan. Where is your pride?? If you GENUINELY need more time, why don't you request for more time rather than giving so many endless EMPTY PROMISES to customers? How can we believe your so-called "plight" when you treat us like FOOLS by entertaining us so as to keep us quiet for a while and our hopes high? You continue to cheat customers even when you know your business is failing. Or in actual fact, is this your con plan? Deliberately wanting to cheat and unwillingly deliver a few items just to give others an impression that you truly will deliver? Look around here... how many of your victims have their goods delivered? I for one had nothing after spending $2,200 on SENSE ART!! Even had to fork out another sum to buy my sofa from Mondi cos how can I allow my family to sit on the floor? Really, what goes around will come around.
  5. For everyone's info, to date, nothing delivered by SENSE ART. No responses. Absolutely nothing from Kevin! Can all the so-called genuine and satisfied customers of SENSE ART help answer these bugging questions since you guys seems more forgiving and tolerant: 1. If SENSE ART is genuine and sincere about doing business and delivering those goods, why on earth did SENSE ART go on to sell sofas at exhibitions despite well knowing that they cannot even deliver and is in the process of closing down (or had even closed down?) Is this DELIBERATE or by chance??? 2. Why on earth did that KEVIN promise on delivery by a certain time with so much confidence but only to disappoint so many customers whose promises had been broken over and over again? You call this genuine and sincere?
  6. This is to update everyone in the forum. this SENSEART got the cheek to msg me on Monday to inform me that my sofa will be delivered today, Thursday. True enough, this useless bugger PLAYED ME OUT! NOTHING! NO CALLS AND NO SOFA IN SIGHT. Have the rest of the victims reported SENSE ART to the Police?
  7. SENSEART Your so-called responsibility to a company you dun own is ABSURD! You know what? I don't give two hoots how many sets of sofa will come in next week or how much time you need to negotiate with the factory. You can say all that you want, or promise us the moon and the stars. Actions still speak louder than words. As long as no one calls me regarding the delivery and no goods arrive, I will update everyone in the forum. We shall see! Back to my previous question, and go refer to my 1st post. That ALAN specifically told me to report to CASE and even confirmed my goods will never be delivered, even if it is taken over by a new boss. How do you then explain this?
  8. SENSEART, Seriously, I find you really pathetic! I've never seen a man as jialat as you in my entire life really. It's sad to know people like you exist in this society. Cannot make it still want to keep promising customers here that deliveries are next week?? If what you said is true, my delivery is supposed to be next week. Today is already Saturday but not a single soul called me at all? What is this??! Or you could have conveniently thrown my invoice away cos ALAN (you could well be ALAN) had already told me to report to CASE, right? So that you have one less customer to handle. By the way, you are actually the childish one to even think that meeting the victims means to fight? Are you out of your mind? I think you are cos you are so scared and afraid to face the music. That's why no guts. To prove your sincerity, any man in the right mind, would satisfy deliveries of the customers in the forum first. But you are not doing it cos you don't even plan to! Only say the same old **** over and over again cos in reality, you are out to cheat us! Stop your WAYANG show! Anyway, tell us, if you are just an employee, why are you trying your best to "fulfill deliveries"??? Are you assuming that we have the same level of IQ as you? Do the rest of you realise that SENSEART never answers all the important questions that we want answers to? By dodging the questions, he only knows how to accuse, insult, give names to his customers as distractions. But we smart people can see right thru him right away. Let's wait and see!
  9. SENSEART I have given you my invoice number. No one from SENSE ART called me at all. So what does this show??? It seems that someone has no guts despite all the tough talk in the forum. Accusing us as your "competitors" is pure delusional and childish. And making us the bogeyman does not cover your plot to cheat more people of their hardearned money! I dare you to meet all of us who had been cheated at the Police! Stop hiding behind the forum nick to mask your cheating plans! To those of you who are planning to buy from SENSE ART Do so at your own risk!
  10. Once again, let me tell you this. I don't need your sofa anymore. I want a refund of my $2,200. My invoice number is 60286. Call me immediately if you honour your words. If you claim you can afford to produce a new set of sofa, why can't you afford to make any refund? By the way, I can't believe that you, the cause of our agony, are showing no remorse, no guilt but full of arrogance and sarcasm!
  11. SENSEART, For your info, I have already made a Police Report on 15 June 2013. I have also made a complaint at CASE. CASE was the one who informed SENSE ART is a shell company. Why did your ALAN tell me to go ahead to make a CASE complaint? ANd say the boss had gone missing???! PLEASE ENLIGHTEN ME !
  12. SENSEART, STOP ALL YOUR NONSENSE IN THE FORUM! If you have the guts, REFUND MY $2,200 IMMEDIATELY ! But please do this through the Police for your own sake as they are in the loop! If you are genuine, you don't need us to provide the INVOICE NUMBER here at all. Instead YOU SHOULD BE THE ONE calling every single SENSEART VICTIM to settle things, but you never because you don't plan to! Stop accusing all the VICTIMS here and STOP CHEATING ON OTHER CUSTOMERS!
  13. Just to share that I had also filed a complaint with CASE. They called us and informed us that Sense Art Pte Ltd is a shell company. "a company that has ceased to trade but retains its registration and is sold for a small sum to enable its new owners to avoid the cost and trouble of registering a new company" We need to go to small claims tribunal for this case. But my understanding from the Police is that if there is a substantial number of victims who report Sense Art to the Police, the Police will take action to investigate our cases as a crime of cheating.
  14. Believing that I am not alone in this, I did a search on Google and found this forum talking about the exact same horrible experience I'm going through with Sense Art. (at first I really can't believe that I am that "lucky"!) I am determined to bring this cheat to light. This is indeed a very painful lesson. I'll never buy at Expo again or buy from unknown supplier and also never pay in full before the goods are delivered! I take it that my $2,200 is a sunk cost and a refund is more like a dream now. For those who are facing the same problem, please come forward to lodge your case with the Police.
