  1. This is simply a fraud case... people who did this will surely regret it.
  2. All / Sitingonfloor No body contacted me and am sure I have been fooled one more time by Kevin / Senseart. Good job man. As Devilaz said.... "What goes around, comes around". Wait for our time..... It is clear now that this guy was playing with us all the time and successfully kept us busy for more time to cover his all dirt. I was trying my best to support this so called "innocent" man and believed what 2boyzmummy said. No one has rights to tell me to be more patient and don't be preach to tell me that he is very kind and trying his best. Looks like Senseart is free to do everything, ditch on all promises, default all orders and still we need to understand. HOW SICK.... ... I read what senseart has written that they have consulted with lawyers and no one can do anything to them. Now i dare how law can take side of cheaters who kept taking orders and taking advances from other people when they were defaulting on previous orders. I will seek justice... Whoever has been cheated in this course can ask my contact no. and I will send them. We will decide the future action which need not share here. But I will definately share the end result here.
  3. Hi Kevin, Let us meet face to face. And solve this problem. My place is still in mess because of this deal. I don't know shall I go and make arrangement for another furniture or wait for the one I ordered. Please give me clear advice. I am tired of chasing you and hoping to solve this. The worry is, if I wait based on your promises I really don't know when I will be getting this. Or If I go an buy another one, then what if, if you are sincerely trying to get me new furniture and deliver it tomorrow, what I will do with two sets? In both the options I am wasting money, time and energy. You have given your phone no and mail id couple of times on this forum but of no use. You are not responding to any communication channel except this forum. More interestingly, you are responding to abusing post more enthusiastically than the one who are ready to co-operate with you and moderate in language. Please make clear what you can do and what you can not, so that we all move on. I also did not understand, why you want to show me new designs on Monday or Tuesday when we already selected model? I called tens of times to ask this question and clear confusion. But no response. I am not enjoying writing all these stories on forum but what choice we have? This one deal, drained my all enthusiasm of shifting to new house.

  5. Ok. I am ready to wait for sofa and give some more time. I will gather my positive energy and keep faith. But it defiantly need to have some end date which can go as far as one to two weeks. Please make sure that faith is not broken.
  6. All, To update all, I have booked four furniture at HOME fair including Sofa, tv console, dining and bed. Bed order was on Plush Mattress. My bed was delivered by Plush as per schedule. However, I have so sight of my rest of furniture. I have paid 100% of order and proven biggest fool of world. Upon follow up close to delivery date, (after lot of chase) Sense Art told me that my sofa will be coming this Thursday. I have received call from Mr. Kevin last Monday and been informed that my Sofa will not be coming in this lot but after 10 to 15 days. But in the mean time he will arrange loan sofa. I have informed him that I am sitting on floor and desperately need his help to arrange something to fill in my place. After that last call, I am not able to contact Kevin or anyone from sense art. I tried numerous calls, SMS and emails. But could'nt get any thing. I am surprised with update from 2boyzmummy and wonder if he / she is genuin or only luck among all other unfortunate customers like me. We can not wait endless hoping that miracle will happen, senseart will pour mercy and my goods will come. My living room is in mess without these things and tried to explain it to sense art with lot patience. Since there is no answer from this shop what options we have. I have decided to move on and lost all my hope on its positive result. However, I will not let this company to take away my hard earned money and will do everything to get it back. I have never imagined that this kind of day light rob can happen in Singapore and I have learn my lesson that never.... never pay full amount to any shop in advance. Can 2boyzmummy explain me how much more patient we need to be and how long we shall believe that we are not cheated? SenseArt, if at all you reading this post and have left any mercy, please call me. As I emailed you that my order is cancelled and looking for final settlement. As I understand, Kevin is the only employee and trying to help custormers to recover as much as we can. But the main culprits (owners of company) hiding behind him and thinking that they will manage to get away with easy earned money, then beware, Singapore Law is strong enough to punish culprits. You guys are risking yourself for small petty amount. I will make sure that whoever is the culprit will be booked.
  7. Senseart, I have called on your number tens of time from last two days. I sent you several sms and email stating my condition and problem your company drove me in. You did not responded to any. Here you are givng your no but what is the use when you don't pick up our calls? If you are only one then atatleast respond to my calls. If you can write so detail responses on this forum then you can definately spare some time to answer my emails. How can I be assured that things will be settled for good? I still want to keep my hope that you will deliver goods. (I have faith in people's goodwill). But you need to show some action. My invoice is 10187 and and from my sms or email you can get my HP no. Can you take some time to call me or answer my call? My furniture deliver was scheduled for tomorrow. I have moved in new house thinking that I will get the furniture by this week end. Now I have nothing at my home and we are sitting on floor. I can not switch on my TV without TV console. Everything is half way stuck. Please help.

  9. Thanks Navendu for sharing experience. In a given situation, I still can hope that I will get my furniture. Dear Senseart, This may be one of testimoni to your efforts. Thanks and keep working hard. But we will not accept and "equivalent" type of furniture than what we have selected / purchased. I will not pay any additional transport also since it was inclusive in deal.
  10. I am following this for quite some time since I am also one of the suferer. One hope in all this dark experience is that, Senseart is still responding on this forum and which I can take as part of thier effort to settle with all pending orderes and recover their reputation. However, responding on this forum is not sufficient and action to support it is very critical. Can I ask, how many of you (who has posted on this forum) has got their deliveries till date? And how many are still awaiting for how many days? This will help to determine if we need to go to next level of action. Personally I am ready to give some time if SenseArt is really going thru some problem but there should be some visible action from Senseart like give "interim" furniture or return money who do not want delayed deliveries. And most urgent is "a volutary calls" to all custormers with pending orders. Senseart please raise to this difficult time and you will see boom in your any business. Defaulting is not a solution but it is dead end. Customer satisfaction is the top most reason of any successful business.
